為了免費停車和延遲退房選擇了這裏，這個房間真的很大，房型設計也很好，位置很好，在濟南西部的印象濟南里，出門隨處是打卡點，又不會太堵車。但是管理實在弱爆了。房間衞生打掃的是非常不乾淨，地板明顯墩地的水印，還有個很明顯的保潔的鞋印，床頭櫥下面灰，洗手液和漱口杯上明顯的水印，誇張的是還有半包開着的咖啡，感覺保潔就是非常業餘的水平，幸好床上看着還乾淨。隔音真的不好，夜深人靜的時候，居然聽到了隔壁手機震動。前台服務很熱情，就是值夜班的兩個人早上櫃枱內外各一人蓋着被子睡覺，一直到7點多還在睡，看着有些不雅。用的感覺是個被糟糕管理拖累了好位置大房間的酒店。

那天我喝多了，訂房日期訂到就9月去了，9月份的房價一百九十多，當天的房價顯示三百多，後來前台還是按照9月份的房價給我辦理入住！
給酒店和前台人性化的服務點贊！下次去濟南還會選擇這家酒店！

位置很好，環境也很不錯，入住好幾次了，西邊出行首選。就在印象濟南里麪，好吃的很多，距離西站也很近，坐高鐵很從容。

這個酒店都不想在住了以前經常住體驗感好現在在去住就沒有體驗感那樣了衞生和服務太差了電視沒信號我給前台打電話他們説馬上讓人去弄結果等了一下午都沒見到人我出門的時候又給前台説才去的以後不會在去了

設施：還算湊合吧，早餐建議不要去吃了，真的沒什麼吃的
環境：還可以吧
服務：沒什麼服務可言，15號前台值班的那個女孩服務態度好，14號值班的那個女孩服務態度特別差。
15號大晚上敲門送錯拖鞋，男的態度還特別不好，你敲錯房間門送拖鞋你不該説一聲不好意思嗎？而且還敲的那麼著急。
