City One Guesthouse

A very bipolar place to stay! The bed was clean, comfortable and easy to sleep on; however, the equipment was not well maintained and maintained! There are rust spots and wall cancer. There are still residues of some unknown drink in the hot water bottle. You can smell a strange smell when you open it... This aspect really needs to be improved! However, it is not far from Jinan West Railway Station, subway, passenger terminal and bus hub, so it can be regarded as an accommodation choice!

This is inside a residential complex. There is no sign outside. The bedsheets and pillows have a pungent smell, probably because they were left by the previous customer and were not replaced. I dare not use the kettle either.

I’ve never written a negative review. It’s hard to find the place and it’s gone halfway through the navigation. There is no access control into the community, and it is difficult to get a large suitcase through the revolving door. The room was very cold, there was no floor heating, the radiator was not hot, the air conditioner was heating but the windows leaked. Before going out, I checked that the water heater was hot, but after I returned home, the water temperature in the shower was not enough and the water temperature continued to drop halfway through the shower, so I had to rely on a hair dryer to keep warm. The only advantage is that it is relatively close to the station.

The hygiene of the homestay is indeed..., the pillows are black, and there are a few sheets and rings on the sheets. I booked a family room with only two pairs of disposable slippers and two pairs of rubber slippers, one bath towel and one towel. I didn’t see drinking water indoors. Fortunately, I bought a large bucket at a nearby supermarket before moving in. There are really no rooms nearby. This one is relatively close to the high-speed rail station, and the surrounding area is also quite convenient. I booked him when I had to catch the train the next morning. In other respects... Hey, it’s just a few rooms away from the house , if there are many people living, sound insulation is a problem, if you want to be comfortable, it's up to you. Anyway, I don't want to live in a homestay in the future.
