房間在二樓，不是店家説的3－4層，沒有沙發，窗外沒有景，wifi連不上，沒有洗漱杯，一次性的也沒有，沒有衣櫃/櫥，前台也是愛答不理的態度，不值340，踩坑

服務態度真的像欠她幾百萬似的 房間潮潮的 枕頭套都是破洞的 走廊一股一股的臭味 十二點退房 什麼價格住什麼酒店 也認了 但是這前台態度真的 跟家裡出什麼事兒了似的 本來打算習慣性給個好評 這個差評也真虧了這個沒禮貌素質差的前台 幹不了服務行業就別幹了 下雨天要個塑料袋都不給 花錢買也不給 買水也不賣 入住的時候還能買 退房 買水 就不賣 素質真的差 垃圾袋老闆説他一個員工做不了主 那礦泉水賣不賣他就能做主？我們都已經走了 老闆追到樓下罵罵咧咧的理論 明明自己員工態度差 不找員工的問題 下來大喊大叫 説什麼現在的年輕人思想扭曲化 現在年輕人怎麼了 同樣是年輕人 前台對我們態度惡劣 我們就要理解忍讓？ 作為顧客就沒人權了？ 説我們要給差評 又説退房那一刻交易就結束了 客人都沒有離開店面 就交易結束了？ 情緒非常激動的 趕我們走 不讓站門口 推我們行李 直接轟人走 家人們 自己斟酌吧

地理位置挺好，離大明湖一路之隔。酒店外表看起來也不錯，大廳也還好，但訂了個男多人間床位，一進去就傻眼了。地板一看就是從來沒拖過地，衞生間馬桶地上都是液體，我那個床鋪梯子還壞了，竟然是活動的，入住體驗極差，唯一就是説床墊是比較舒服的。建議住正常大床房和雙床房估計還行，多人間看看其他青旅 這個價位能住比較好的青旅了

離大明湖賊近，離趵突泉也不遠，環境還可以，有公共休息區，一次性用品也很齊全，挺不錯的，主要還是地點好
