酒店就在商場邊上，樓下就是寬厚裏，吃飯很方便。周圍離解放閣、趵突泉也不算遠，步行就能到。訂的三人間，有三張單人床，睡覺的話不會有影響。重點評一下洗澡水，相當沖！洗起來很舒服。
唯一不足就是停車太貴了。

酒店位於寬厚裏旁邊的商住兩用樓裏面，看上去是一批裝修了的公寓分別由不同的營業主體來售賣，所以有的叫做澤寓酒店，有的叫做琨庭酒店，其實是一個房間由不同賣家在不同平台售賣，不同平台亦有不同報價。
説重點，如果你是鐘點房或者少男少女走夜市，可以的；如果開車家庭旅遊，準備每天不少於70元的停車費，這個支出是不會體現在房費裏面的，車子衹能停在shopping mall地下車庫按小時計費。

環境：寫字樓二樓，樓下就是商業街，卧室還在離商業街最近的地方，關窗户晚上都非常非常吵！

這個公寓地段優勢，下樓對面就是寬厚裏小吃街，轉到後面就是大商場，去黑虎泉步行幾分鐘，去泉城廣場走路也十來分鐘。到芙蓉街走路也是十來分鐘，可以一直走到大明湖，去大明湖不想走路打車也就十來分鐘，也可以坐花車。總之去哪個方向都很方便。房間衞生還可以至少每天都有阿姨在打掃。性價比不錯的公寓。

我從上學考試出去定賓館，到現在畢業工作帶父母來濟南旅遊訂這家。這是最差的一次
設施：頁面寫的冰箱，洗衣機全都不能用，而且十分的臟。手機充電器裏面還是收費的。頁面寫的每天5元的飲用水也沒有。頁面寫的預訂樓層也不準，父母年紀大樓下是小吃街十分的吵。
環境：最後他是公寓樓裏面的房間是往外出租的，房間那一層有很多商户花店，理髮店，美甲店，我父母隔壁是棋牌室，我的天從2點打到第二天我們去吃早飯，什麼概念🤬🤬🤬🤬
衞生：就看圖片吧，我不想多説什麼，燈泡裏面8個可以壞4個，空調十分臟無語死了
服務：圖三我到了沒有房間，到下午5點半還在打電話溝通房間，我説怎樣解決，説是沒有任何補助補償。説是可以退房，我就想我們到濟南都一天了帶着父母臨時去哪定酒店，怎麼有臉説出來。我在濟南工作，這家價格在160左右，我是提前3個月就定了一晚260左右到五一期間要一晚1020元，攜程960元，***可怕。我就想濟南文旅局或者地方政府沒人管嗎。

在濟南世貿公寓最差的一次入住體驗，首先房間裏有蟑螂，打死兩衹，照片就不發了，打掃衞生的工作人員應該可以看到，還有入住之後就去超市採購了後面幾天喝的酸奶和牛奶，都是必須冷藏的，因為之前多次入住過世貿公寓知道都是配了冰箱的，打開冰箱燈也是亮的就放進去了，結果轉天一早打開冰箱才發現並不製冷，牛奶酸奶也都壞了，當時打電話給前台客服詢問答之讓師傅去看一下，如果冰箱是壞的可以換房間，結果等到我傍晚回來也沒接到酒店任何電話回覆（入住時是留了電話的），我致電前台客户答冰箱是壞的，可以給我換房間，我嫌麻煩就沒換忍了，畢竟冰箱也不是必需品，牛奶酸奶壞了就壞了，也無所謂。另外每天打掃衞生的時間都是在五六點之後，得等每天工作完回來休息的時候才來打掃衞生，給前台客服打電話就是解釋打掃人員少，這跟客人有什麼關係？我們作為客人就得必須理解和配合？連續兩天打電話説不用打掃了，可是仍然來敲門。跟沒説一樣，打電話問前台客服仍然是解釋報話機可能信號不好沒聽清，這個跟客人又是沒有關係的，我們客人又得理解？總之沒有任何一個問題可以解決的，永遠是解釋讓我們客人理解。
作為世茂公寓七八年的老顧客真心覺得濼佳的服務的確需要提升，雖然我以後大概率是不會選擇濼佳了，但還是希望重視一下顧客體驗，畢竟顧客才是企業運營的根本，地段再好也禁不起這麼糟蹋。
