The room layout made it feel a lot bigger than it actually was. Great modern design especially for the price of around just $20/ night. Washer and dryer along with complete kitchenette in the room was a welcome luxury. Dryer is great as it was able to completely dry clothes without having to hang.

Clean, quiet, and free self service laundry. Excellent!
This location is just minutes of walk to the night market/walking street. Lots and lots of restaurant and street snacks!

Hygiene: There was a small problem during this stay. I turned on the shower and found water stains and hair, which was a bit surprising.
Environment: I took a taxi here. There was no reserved passage for the fence on the roadside. It would be risky to go through the parking lot entrance and the lift pole.
