Hotel room is clean. Concierge staffs 小魏，小刘，小于 and 小吕 were very helpful and friendly. Check-in was done smoothly and fast. Excellent service and provided by them. Highly recommended!!!!

酒店房間寬敞，乾淨。房間設施齊全，舒適度高，床很舒服。前台服務員小魏小王，還有餐廳和樓道的服務員熱情周到，另人感覺賓至如歸。餐廳早餐滿意，羊湯和煎餅是特色，非常美味。餐廳點餐也非常好，人不多可以點半分，多點幾樣，味道相當棒，不用外出找餐廳了！政府賓館大院子非常安靜，停車場多，車位多，還有充電樁，價格不貴，非常方便！

1、酒店人員服務態度特別👍🏻，尤其是當天的前台小劉小王還有樓層接待小姐姐。
2、酒店的位置和環境也特別好，鬧中取靜。
3、還有就是提前入駐，因為頭天晚上有酒局，沒摟住喝到了凌晨4點左右，到酒店七點多，也可以辦理入駐。

和朋友出去旅遊 路過老家留宿一晚 因為離家近的因素選擇了萊蕪賓館 兩百多的價格在萊蕪算是高的了 但體驗是沒得説的 進門就看見小平姐姐給準備的水果啦很是温馨 工作人員也很熱心 唯一不足電視不能投屏 遙控器不太好用 床頭充電口有點少 不過還是很推薦大家來住宿的😍

衞生，乾淨。晚餐在酒店裡吃的，味道不錯！酒店的小茶葉罐不錯，臨走時要了一個，還真給！前台小魏，小呂還送了一個一杯子。上車前給了幾瓶水，一看是金生水！好兆頭。

房間床很大，服務也很棒！萊蕪賓館交通便利，周邊設施完善。賓館緊挨着區政府和紅石公園，綠化非常好，賓館本身也像個公園，綠樹成蔭，一排梧桐樹，2號樓後面是一片楊樹林，為賓客提供了一個接近大自然的休閑場所。

房間給升級了，硬件很新所以裝修味比較大。但是空調不給力呀，夜裡睡覺熱死了。我們在酒店餐廳吃了兩餐，服務人員熱情親切，但是菜品味道一般，勝在量大！山東人民還是非常好客實誠的！

賓館坐落於園林中，幽靜典雅。雖然看上去有歲月痕跡了，但打掃得非常乾淨整潔。服務員非常熱情周到，也很專業，特別是小魏、小於、小李！床具也很舒服，軟硬適中，還有蕎麥枕可用。另提醒賓館:衣櫃邊沿鐵皮有快口，容易劃傷人。
