Hotel room is clean. Concierge staffs 小魏，小刘，小于 and 小吕 were very helpful and friendly. Check-in was done smoothly and fast. Excellent service and provided by them. Highly recommended!!!!

濟南萊蕪賓館位置還不錯，服務也還可以，但衞生間淋浴是花灑很一般，早餐也就馬馬虎虎，房間還比較乾淨衞生。

太捧了。這是我們退休後多年出遊接受服務最好的酒店，禮貌、客氣，幫助把行李送到房間，房間水果、晚上酸奶、早餐那叫你贊歎，乒乓球室，院子超安靜，綠化覆蓋率很好。前台任經理和樓層服務員全是手寫卡片，走還送了禮品、水，超讚，大家來山東登泰山一定要體驗一下什麼叫好客山東，禮貌服務至上的萊蕪賓館。

這是住酒店以來，碰到的服務最好的酒店了。環境優美，態度實在太好了，問到哪領到哪，受寵若驚啊！進門床上一衹漂亮的白天鵝，床照也漂亮。下次去還住這裏。唯一不足空調不太涼。可能剛開始熱，冷氣開的小。
