Hotel room is clean. Concierge staffs 小魏，小刘，小于 and 小吕 were very helpful and friendly. Check-in was done smoothly and fast. Excellent service and provided by them. Highly recommended!!!!

已經是和家人第二次入住了。酒店的環境非常好，綠樹成蔭猶如在花園中。酒店的餐廳非常好，正餐菜餚口味鮮美，也是選擇再次入住的原因。酒店的服務非常到位，入住前就主動聯繫，發送相關訊息；辦理入住後，一打開客房門，空調和燈光已經開啟，非常温馨。

入住那天下雨，酒店婚宴很多，入住客人停車沒有引導，而且淋着雨跑進大廳的，服務意識還需加強。賓館雖然設施不新，但乾淨衞生，房間裏的浴巾毛巾都有消毒袋，還準備了酸奶和水果，零點餐廳吃飯方便實惠，零點餐廳的服務員都很熱情。

萊蕪很好的酒店，雖然裝修略顯老，但維護得很好。酒店前台小魏小王給升級的房型，性價比很高。早餐是萊蕪特色，羊肉湯，豆腐腦，薄皮小餛飩，也很不錯。

酒店的位置跟服務都很好，停車也比較方便，旁邊就是個公園，裝修有點老，一進門感覺穿越回八九十年代某高幹家庭的會客廳了，把液晶電視換成老式黑白電視可以拍年代劇了
