真的非常差勁！！！！一直住華住會，還是他們的鉑金會員，這是最差的一次。有四個問題：1、一進門開電視的時候，就摸了一手油，一看遙控器後面全是油。2、要準備入睡的時候，發現兩個枕頭都特別特別臟！油漬和灰。3、在凳子隙縫中發現了上一個人的雙眼皮貼？？？人都傻了，到底有沒有收拾房間啊？ 4、酒店人員態度很差，晚上聯繫他們 他們衹扔了個枕套就讓我們自己套上，也沒有説要解決這些問題。後面我繼續維權，他們咬住説一定要收160的費用（也就是衹給我退平台20塊錢）。我會繼續給他們總部打電話投訴的，趕了一天路遇到這種情況我無法消氣，我會維權到底。

房間衞生不錯，但是周圍環境太亂了，都是外賣店，外面喇叭聲音不斷，窗户關不嚴導致噪音很大，根本都沒法休息，很差很差的體驗，尤其是睡着之後被亂醒真的想破口大罵，巨嘈雜的環境。
