齊魯聖地，禮儀之邦，泉城新萃，燕子山莊。自2017年在這裏住過幾天，燕子山莊小隱於山、推窗見景的環境一直是我心頭的白月光，這次終於又有機會入住，彌補了登上燕子山的遺憾，此行圓滿了！惟願以後能有更多機會和時間入住，在清幽的山景中臨窗創作，必是快意！

酒店前台服務熱情周到，提出的問題都能用心解決。本來想定二號樓，結果有會議滿房了，問了一二三號樓的區別，二號樓前台小王非常有耐心的在講解，最後選擇了一號樓的房間。辦入住的時候前台小姜也非常熱情，山莊環境整體温馨幽靜，房間衞生整潔。下次還會選擇。

前台辦理入住手續高效快捷，為我升級了房型，同時她們還貼心地提供了城市旅遊指南和周邊美食推薦，充分展現了酒店對賓客需求的細心關照。
客房設施方面，房間內整潔明亮，佈局合理，細節之處彰顯了高品質的設計理念。床鋪柔軟舒適，用品一應俱全。
工作人員態度都很熱情，見面都會主動打招呼，為我提供了非常周到的服務，倍感温馨。
酒店的地理位置也是很棒，出門就是高架橋，離省博、美術館、萬象城、燕山銀座都很近，讓我在忙碌的工作之餘也能放鬆身心。酒店的無線網絡覆蓋也很全面，讓我可以隨時處理工作事務或者與家人朋友保持聯繫。
總的來説，這家酒店是一個服務周到，設施齊全，位置優越的優秀酒店。無論是對商務出差還是旅遊觀光來説，都是一個很好的選擇。

位置有點偏遠，交通不是太方便，酒店環境還不錯，依山而建，院內有小水系公園，衹是給的這個房間太小了，擁擠感嚴重，下午入住後，衞生間還有用過的牙膏，床上還有不是頭髮的毛，第二天外出遊玩一天，晚上回來，房間給放了三瓶新水，但有一瓶是打開過的，並且少了一截，衞生間沒有廁紙，告知前天倒是都給送來。入住體驗總體一般。

酒店的整體體驗感非常令人滿意。從入住的那一刻起，前台的服務和態度就非常友好和專業，辦理入住手續快捷高效。
院裏是個小花園，環境不錯，不過天很熱，沒有去逛
房間整體設施設備齊全，有USB插口，房間電源插座需要先打開一個控制板才有電，一開始充電沒充上，問了前台才知道還需要打開控制板，不是很方便希望可以改善。
在前台記錄了車牌號，停車免費，非常便捷！

燕子山莊老牌的軍區酒店了，服務品質高，服務人員熱情好客，出去玩回去晚了，先給前台打電話説明瞭這個情況，前台很熱情的回覆給免費延遲退房，很贊。整體客房乾淨衞生，2號樓有洗衣房，洗衣服方便。離店時看我的行李牌破損，前台小美女還贈送了一個燕子山莊訂製款行李牌🔖。下次還會選擇燕子山莊。
