I can say that this is the worst three-star hotel I have ever stayed in. The hotel facilities are old, the mattress is as hard as a board, the bathroom is small, the facilities are old, the money is dirty, the carpet has nowhere to go, the walls are dirty, especially the towels, which are like rags for mopping the floor. The front desk staff who checked in had a gloomy face, as if they had lost their parents. The first thing they said was to tell the travelers not to lose the room card, and they would compensate according to the price. **, ****, garbage everywhere. There is such a hotel in the capital city of Shandong Province. With this service and this environment, it is not even one-tenth as good as a fast hotel. It is rated as a three-star hotel. I really don’t want these three stars. It really makes the hotel industry in Jinan proud.
