We got upgraded to the Echarm Hotel (Which is the "sister" hotel of city convenience Hotel and they are located in the same building just different floors) The Hotel is clean and the manger is super helpful and is able to speak English. We could not communicate with any of the other staff as they could not speak English. Location is great with a mini mart right across the road. The restaurant is only open for breakfast.

The front desk was very kind and very helpful. It was the most helpful front desk I've ever stayed at in China.
