位置特別偏僻，去哪個景點都不方便，周圍特別吵，也沒有休息好！早餐種類很少，不值！特別是前台服務態度極差！胖一點服務員態度特別惡劣，拉拉個臉，感覺像不想幹了一樣！房間煙味特別重，有禁煙標牌，還竟然放着煙灰缸房，排水特別慢，房型不讓選擇朝向，需要另外收費不合理，我訂的時候攜程訂單並沒有北朝向的備註，前台服務員嘴硬説備註不了，結果打電話投訴給攜程立馬就能備註北朝向，滿滿的套路，服務員口口聲説加不了朝向的問題！想來旅遊出差的避雷！

新開業的漢庭很新，但是房間的通風不行，衹有一個小窗户能開，空氣也不對流，衞生間沒有排風，房內有煙灰缸，所以被子窗簾的煙味很重，能理解這是新酒店的缺點。最讓我無語的是，今早9點多，房內電話響，前台電話吿知，我的台胞證件需要再次拿到前台，公安局説...，我説我在洗澡，等下要退房，再拿下樓，前台又問要多久時間....，結果不到十分鐘，房間電話又響，前台又説公安局....，我説昨晚入住證件已經拍照，還要看什麼啊，等下就要退房再給，結果她又説一大串...就是要我現在拿證件下樓，我很不悦説我現在下來拿給公安看，結果我下樓問前台公安在哪？你不是説現在要我的證件？她又説一大串話，我説已經吿訴你要退房了，你打2次電話催我下樓，這是幹嘛啊，叫你們經理出來解釋一下，她回答我就是經理，我是再解決問題，我説啥問題，你是在製造問題吧，太沒有服務意識了，幾分鐘的事也不能等，非要我馬上下樓....
退房交房卡，登記停車訊息，我就是看着一張表情不悦的face,這是一次非常差的住宿體驗.拿雞毛當令箭啊

居住的非常安靜，前台小姐姐和打掃衞生的姐姐都非常貼心，前台小姐姐看見有小朋友就送了小零食禮物，打掃衞生的時候發現有男士入住特意放了一個刮鬍刀，房間打掃的非常乾淨，整體感覺特別好
