之前住過附近一個酒店，又小又貴設施也差。後來同事找到這個，條件設施各方面都好多了，同等條件房間更大一些，但房價還更便宜。前台小姐姐很熱情，實話説這個前台小姐姐是出差第一次讓我想主動點評的。

房間不大，窗户是窗外窗外窗。再就是連安全鎖那個門框，表面卡在上面實際快掉了。酒店可能跟greenhotel有點淵源，有根大毛巾和自助的盤子都是印的格林的標。與之橫向對比床感略次（床墊和異響）不過幾乎不影響。
服務蠻好。工作人員好，每天出門後會給打掃衞生。搞得挺乾淨，有邊界不會挪動留在屋裡的物品。一次性用品每天給換，一天兩瓶水喝沒了也給補，衞生紙也每天給補。
自助早飯方便，有兩三種蒸的麪點和兩種炸的麪點，煮雞蛋和倆菜（有時候三個四個）四個鹹菜三種粥＆湯。主食好吃，粥好喝。不限量能吃飽。
菜基本都有點辣椒。奶黃包和烤腸花捲贊，吃不了辣拿這倆配湯/粥很好。拍的花捲和豆沙包，也挺好。這段純屬個人偏好。
早去麪點熱乎宣軟香香的，好吃。天冷了吃太晚主食就不咋熱了。
空調製熱好。
店裡叔叔阿姨親切和氣。走的時候樓道里打掃衞生的姨姨還跟我們打招呼拜拜，問我們都是那個房間的是不是要退房了，感受濟南特色稱呼（老師～）。
步行到燕山中學約十五分鐘，打車到火車站三十五分鐘左右。
總之挺好。

房間乾淨衞生，房間的隔音效果較差，沒有電話，所以不能提供較早服務，好在整潔，服務態度不錯，價格便宜，反正就是睡一晚上唄

地理位置好找，衞生環境乾淨整潔。設施齊全。尤其是七樓北側的衞生阿姨服務態度特別好，在這小住幾天阿姨每次來給打掃房間都很細心負責，有什麼問題給阿姨反饋了就直接解決。這城市一角點贊👍
