這家店服務很好。員工都是年輕人，能感覺得到盡力在做到做好服務。等待入住的時候，前台姑娘特意給我拿了暖暖的瓶裝純凈水給我喝，前台小夥子根據需要延長了退房時間。和濟南其他全季比起來，停車場不是太好，多家酒店混用，車子比較混亂，但全季已經比較用心了，有專屬電梯。優秀的話還會考慮住在這裏。

2.打掃房間的阿姨一早就敲門 僅僅就是敲門 不説話 敲門兩次就直接刷房卡進 我直接懵逼了
3.衞生一般 淋浴間一沖地上全是泡沫 一看就是沒打掃乾淨 住這麼多全季這是第一家這樣的

酒店位置不錯，離趵突泉，解放閣，大明湖都不遠。房間很乾凈，關鍵是晚上很安靜，睡得非常好。早餐也不錯。前台給提前辦理了入住，讓我們不用拖着箱子滿街跑了。酒店樓下的清真餐廳味道非常棒！一定要去嚐嚐！

住全季基本從不失望。很喜歡。乾淨，床品屋內裝修質感都很好。真的做到了角落都很乾凈。住着放心。濟南打車不貴，去景點也很方便。附近步行範圍很多餐廳。房間安靜睡得很好。前台的小姐姐們服務也特別贊！下一站泰山仍然毫不猶豫選全季。

圖1是進入房間後看到的床單，圖2是讓他們客房大姐重新換了之後的樣子。 酒店一直和我爭辯説他們就是一客一換了的，但我相信明眼人都能看出來！圖3是發現房間的紗窗有破損，及時向前台反應，前台經理説工程師下班了要明天才能維修，結果第二天一整天他們都沒有聯繫我、沒有任何一位工作人員上來看。
其次就是房間隔音問題，酒店樓層安排不太合理，頂樓25樓是餐廳、公共廁所、健身房、宿舍等，以至於24樓甚至23樓都能聽到餐廳各種嘈雜的聲音！想途個晚睡的朋友會被吵醒。
還有房間內的空調運作聲音很大、晚上如果對聲音要求比較高的也是會難以接受！
最後就前台服務而言，不知道是不是因為培訓不到位呢、還是就不想服務？… 比如：我在更換房間的過程中在淋浴房不慎遺落下了牙膏和潔面乳，客房交到了前台手上，當時我換房時間是18點半左右，結果到了晚上凌晨12點還沒有把私人物品還給我、速度再慢的大姐也不可能在一個房間打掃5/6個小時吧？！無非就2個原因：要麼就是故意的、要麼就是忘了。無論哪個理由都是前台對顧客的不上心、不負責！
他們店長給我打電話我也事無鉅細的、很認真的和他説明，但似乎他對於顧客提出的誠懇建議顯得有點不屑一顧、甚至作為顧客可以明顯感受到店長的不真誠（蘋果手機錄音是有提示音告知對方的、店長打我電話在錄音開啟時發出了提示音、當然我做人做事坦坦盪盪的從沒有這麼多心眼子、我衹是真實客觀的訴説事情和感受、你要錄音儘管錄音吧、衹不過給人發現了也希望能像我坦然承認不要假裝誤操作啦、這樣真的很搞笑很尷尬！哈哈哈！要知道店長更是代表了這家店的形象）也從一些該酒店的管理細節看出沒有特別關心及負責。
本來是想和他們好好溝通的，但對他們經理的一句話印象深刻：寫差評沒事 這是你的自由。

陪家人去濟南考個試，選了這家全季離考點很近。挺滿意的，環境衞生都還好，還送了兩個早餐，早餐蠻不錯，吃的還可以。前台小姑娘服務也很熱情。比較滿意的一次入住。順便提兩點建議:一是夏天要注意房間冰箱的製冷效果。二是房間的設施要注意勤檢查維護，比如閉路電視。希望未來做的更好。
