We called several times to renew the room. We clearly requested that we delay, but they called us and asked us to check out. Moreover, it was clearly not our turn yet, and they did not explain clearly on the phone that the room card could only power up to 2 o'clock, not 3 o'clock. They also asked us to go down and power up the room card ourselves. They called several times and saw that we were easy to bully, so they gave us the last room. We didn't have so many problems last time we stayed. Why are the room types given to boys and girls different? Why! When we checked out, we told them about this. They said that they originally charged for 21 hours, and since we didn't stay the full time, they would charge half of it at 10 yuan. We employees would have to pay 10 yuan. They said that it was like giving us alms during the rainy season. Their attitude was extremely bad.

The hotel provides thoughtful and meticulous service, clean and warm rooms, and modern and complete facilities. The breakfast has rich variety and tastes delicious. Environment: There is a small night market downstairs, although there are few people in winter. Service: Room service is good, but the sound insulation is average. Downstairs is Wanhong Plaza, and parking is free when staying in the hotel. It's next to the Wangsheren subway station and opposite the subway station is Longfor Xingyao Plaza and Longfor Beichentian Street. There's so much delicious food to eat here.

After entering the room, we were ready to leave the hotel and not stay there. After all, there were great safety hazards, so we checked out. The front desk said that we had been in there for more than an hour and could not check out. However, the fact was that it was less than an hour since I entered the room (as evidenced by the time of the phone call), but she still did nothing. Finally, we proposed to only refund part of the amount, but was still rejected by the front desk. The service attitude was tough throughout the whole process and they did not apologize for opening the wrong room twice before. They just put the blame on the previous staff member. The most important point is that the hotel name on Ctrip does not match the actual name in the store! ! I hope everyone can have a good mood during the journey and carefully consider the hotel! !

房間十分寬敞，兩張1.5m的大床，對帶小孩的我們非常愜意。距離地鐵口也比較近，周圍就是商場，吃飯很方便！總之非常好！
