After this stay, I feel that there is a big difference between Ctrip and Huazhu Club, which I often use. Even though Huazhu Club has the cheapest houses, the quality is not the same. There is a discount, but Ctrip may just recommend the hotel for the money. There will be no quality control. I don’t know about professionalism. There are several reasons for the bad reviews. One: When checking in that night, the front desk clerk was giving a customer in front I went through the process and upgraded the room type for the previous customer. When I checked in, I asked the front desk to ask if they could upgrade us. The front desk agreed and said they would upgrade us to an elegant double bed. I clearly remembered that this was the one I booked. She said she had upgraded me, but later explained to me that she had made a mistake and was obviously deceiving me. This is not the second main reason for the bad review: I didn’t check the room carefully after entering the room. After taking a shower, I found a cigarette handle in an obvious place in the bathroom. It was very late because I had already checked in to change clothes and take a shower, so I didn’t do it again. When I went to the front desk, I wondered why the obvious cigarette handle hadn't been cleaned up. Was it that the room someone else had checked out before I checked in hadn't been cleaned up? Or did the cleaners not disturb the floor of this room at all? Or was it the cleaning attendant who smoked and threw it away? This specific reason needs to be known by the hotel itself, and the Ctrip platform is also asked to intervene in the investigation and take it seriously. It cannot just make money without paying attention to quality and service, which will ruin the brand! Three: The elevator is obviously unhygienic, and there is no setting for swiping the card to reach the floor. Anyone can enter the room floor at will. Even the Hanting should have such safety facilities. This makes me doubt the grade of the hotel. On? Three: Dining in the morning is even worse.
