What can I say about Mingshui Ancient Town? It's quite pretty, but ancient towns and streets like this can be found all over the country! It was pitch dark by 8 p.m., and after searching for ages, I found a restaurant. The food was terrible, the quality, and the portions were terrible, and the prices were ridiculously high. A set meal for two was over 400 yuan. Speaking of the hotel, I have to complain. The restaurant is large, but that doesn't make it any less appealing. The breakfast was quite meager. There wasn't much to eat, let alone anything good. It was comparable to the breakfasts at those budget-friendly hotels you get during peak season tours. The service at the front desk, restaurant, and housekeeping was poor. Many of the young staff seemed inexperienced, clueless, and unproductive. The hotel we stayed at the next day didn't even mention cleaning. We called the front desk and our room four or five times, but when we returned from the ancient town that evening, it still hadn't been cleaned at all. It took another hour before the staff finally came to clean and left, resulting in the following pictures. The decor was also terrible. Even though it was a family suite, I had to keep the lights on in my room as well as in my bathroom. The decor was sparse, and there wasn't even a desk, chair, or sofa to use! The experience was so bad that I've given up on Jinan. I won't be going back. There's nothing much to see, do, or eat anyway!

When we first visited Zhangqiu, we chose Qingzhao Quancheng Yianyue Hotel. The overall style of the hotel is simple, elegant, neat and clean. Good value for money. The room is spacious and bright. The layout is reasonable. The decoration facilities are very new. The beautiful girl Wu Yi at the front desk provided warm, attentive and thoughtful service, as did the several sisters who cleaned the rooms. They were enthusiastic and considerate, and always responsive to our requests. When they found out we had clothes hanging out to dry, they immediately delivered one to each room. We were really touched. The small town of Zhangqiu and the Yianyue Hotel in Qingzhao left us with a very good impression. We will stay in the hotel again if we have the chance. Thank you also to the waitresses for their hard work.

Check-in to the hotel will give you free tickets to the ancient city and a tour bus. The hotel is close to the ancient city and has a free shuttle bus. There is no parking fee if you drive there by yourself. I am very satisfied. The hotel breakfast is OK, clean and tastes good. The poor hygiene review is as shown in the picture. I have two children who need to put their beds together, and this is the first time I have encountered such hygiene conditions under the bed. . . . Reasons for bad service review: We checked in at night on the first night. We went to the front desk to change the room type due to room layout issues. I don't know if it increased the workload for the front desk staff, but the staff guided us to take the elevator on the other side of the hotel. After we arrived at the floor with the children, there was no light in the corridor for a long section, and the elevator that the staff guided us to take was obviously the farthest. I don’t know whether it’s because of her poor business skills or if she did it on purpose. The poor service of this staff really affected my impression of the hotel. I will stay in other hotels in the ancient city next time.

The price/performance ratio is quite high, but there are many children on weekends and the room is not soundproofed. I can hear the children playing outside, which affects my rest. Other than that, everything is good.

What kind of hotel is this! It's no different from a fast hotel, the experience is terrible! There is no lobby, no service, it's all self-service. My child was tired after playing in the naughty castle downstairs and wanted to drink water, but he told me that only the guest room can deliver water, not the lobby. Oh my god, this service is amazing. Let's talk about the room. As soon as I entered, I could smell the decoration smell. I think this kind of hotel is only suitable for tour groups. If you want to experience it, you'd better take a detour. Many of the hotel's breakfasts are overnight, so be careful when you bring your kids.

The hotel has only four elevators. When there are too many people, the carrying capacity is obviously insufficient. You have to wait for four elevators to go up one floor. There is no food for breakfast in the morning. There is no place to sit when there are too many people. The reception capacity needs to be improved.

I booked a hotel for my parents and had a very bad experience. Not only did the hotel front desk staff have a bad attitude, but they also deceived the elderly into purchasing scenic spot tickets even though they knew they were over 60 years old (seniors over 60 years old are free of charge in the scenic spots). It is hoped that the hotel can deal with the employee involved. The name of the employee is unknown and his photo is attached. I hope everyone will not be deceived again when booking this hotel. The hotel environment is okay. There is a free shuttle bus to the scenic spots. Except for the poor quality of some employees, the rest are pretty good.

We chose this hotel in the ancient city. The room was very big and the environment was good. There was a shuttle bus to the scenic area and we watched the spring show in the evening. We also gave you tickets and a dedicated location. You can choose a voucher for the early wine set for breakfast. We didn't choose it and we could eat it directly at the hotel. , you don’t need to get up early, the hotel’s breakfast buffet is also very good, with many varieties, including wontons, noodles, and meatballs, all very delicious!

I went during the National Day holiday. Leaving aside the objective reasons such as the large passenger flow, is it allowed to have cockroaches in the room🪳? It’s a parent-child room, and I asked for the children’s slippers and toiletries when checking in. No one took care of them even after they were gone, and the check-in was very slow. Everyone else was taking care of the team’s affairs. I occupied a counter by myself. I’m not angry yet. The yin and yang guests have a very poor experience, and the spring show performance did not inform the guests. Other hotels have preferential seats. Hey, I am really disappointed.
