The receptionist who wears glasses has a very bad attitude. No matter who owes her money, she can't upgrade the room. I can understand that the hotel bathroom is small and terrible. You can't even sit in the toilet. Even fatter people can't go to the toilet. The soundproofing is also very bad and the woman next door can't hear it. I've been having a headache all night and all morning after calling the hotel. I don't recommend it and I don't want to take photos.

The hotel has just been renovated and opened. As soon as you enter the lobby, you feel cold and empty. The squeaking of the elevator is scary, and the elevator door opens and closes for a very short time. You don’t have time to wait for the door to close quickly. The room has just been renovated and the quilt smells of formaldehyde. , there are black scum and dust on the floor and table. What I don’t understand the most is why the shower head of the newly opened store is broken and sprays water everywhere. Generally speaking, except that it is a newly opened store, I don’t notice anything else. I don’t know what it is. Even if the room I booked is smaller, it will still be the same.

因為要去酒店附近辦事，所以定了這家。帶着孩子。説實話位置還行，酒店也是今年新開的。前台服務也可，但是整體服務跟不上。酒店電話入住就是打不通的，剛開始我們還不知道，訂外賣機器人打不通電話前台聯繫我手機才知道。然後一直也沒人修。事情沒辦完續住了幾天，我五點多出去給前台打電話説打掃衞生，我不知道是不是交接問題，我七點多回來還沒弄，我都説了，就是收一下垃圾換一下浴巾就行，別的都不用弄，帶着孩子吃的外賣不收怕有蟲子。總之我自己住就忍了，帶着孩子有點鬧心。而且孩子要上網課到8.30，又沒法接着打掃，現在猶豫接下來要不要換酒店。

這酒店讓在外的人，感受到歸家的感覺：這裡有住家的可口飯菜，這裡有温馨如家的環境，還有那周到齊全的全天候服務，如果有機會，我還會來這裏

酒店位置還不錯，距離趵突泉大約3公里，騎共享單車去很方便。門口有免費停車場，但是車位數量不太多，我們是中午到的還有位置，但是晚上就停滿了。家庭房是個小套間，床型基本還算滿意，就是衞生間太小了，坐在馬桶上，人的頭已經碰到牆了，其它方面還好吧。

房間確實如廣大旅友説的，真的是很小。但設備設施還算是齊全，而且科技感不錯。前台美女服務周到，我們因為房間預訂出現了失誤，她很耐心的幫我們解決所有的問題。客房服務員熱情好客，第一時間幫我們收拾房間。
