Borrman Hotel (Jinan Quancheng Plaza Botuquan)

I spent two days in Jinan, staying at the Borman Hotel. First, the hotel's overall environment is clean and tidy, situated in the heart of the old city. Its location is impeccable, perfectly suited for a relaxing break. When I first arrived, the hotel's experienced staff and front desk staff helped us with parking, which was truly heartwarming. As for the hotel's strengths, I personally think the following: 1. The hotel's guide was 90% consistent with my own pre-booked guide, and the restaurant recommendations were high-quality and delicious. 2. The hotel is located 700 meters from Baotu Spring and very close to parks like Wulongtan. Even Daming Lake is only 6 yuan with a Didi special. 3. The hotel's price is reasonable, but the service is excellent. No shortcomings, in my opinion. I left Jinan today, and the front desk staff patiently resolved my parking issue that morning, rather than referring the problem to another driver. Instead, they found someone to solve the problem. This was truly heartwarming. If he were to visit Jinan again, he would definitely stay here.

This is the first time I want to give a bad review to a business. The experience was truly terrible. I hope others can avoid this in the future. The room was small and smelled bad. There was garbage at the door and people were right outside the window. When I asked for extra blankets at night, they said they didn't have any. The hotel only had two spare blankets, and they had used them up during the day. I was speechless. If the kids hadn't been tired and didn't want to bother, I would have just made do. Breakfast was even worse. I went to eat around 8 o'clock and they said they didn't have that room number, only another one. I booked two rooms with a set menu, and now they told me one and the other were out. Then they said, "Eat, eat," and since the kids were hungry, I didn't mind. The restaurant is small and there's basically nothing to eat. The kid wanted milk, but they couldn't pour it out. The waiter poked it directly into the mouth with a toothpick... I asked if there was anything freshly cooked, and they said they only had plain noodles and wontons. So many weird things. I had originally been out having fun, but now I'm furious. I have so many questions that I'm too lazy to go back to...
