This time I booked Zhangqiu Vienna Hotel (Jinan Zhangqiu Ancient City Baimaiquan Branch) through Ctrip.com and stayed for three days. I felt very good. The hotel's service was very thoughtful, and everyone was very enthusiastic. They responded to customers' requests and felt very warm. I must give it a thumbs up👍

The room is very clean, the bedding is very comfortable, and you can also see the intoxicating night view of Mingshui Ancient City. I strongly recommend the view room🥰

The hotel is easy to find, the front desk staff is friendly, the hotel environment is OK but the facilities are a bit old. You can see the night view of Mingshui Ancient City from the hotel, which is great. The hotel also recommends surrounding food and scenic spots, which is very thoughtful!

I have used Ctrip to book hotels for many years, and this is the first time I want to give a bad review. The service attitude of the environment is very average. I asked for two more bottles of mineral water, but the cleaning lady refused to give them to me and asked me to call the front desk to ask for them myself. The female manager at the front desk on the first floor had a very bad attitude. I asked her a few questions and her face was full of impatience. I felt that I was scolded for no reason. The second time I asked her a question, she replied to me in a critical tone, which made me feel bad instantly. I came out to stay in the hotel and was scolded by the front desk staff for no reason. In the morning, I also encountered a troublemaker who was arguing with the staff and wanted to fight. Giving a bad review is not the purpose, but to hope that the hotel can improve and not give other travelers a similar experience.

Each room in the hotel has a travel guide, see the first picture for details. It is very close to the ancient city, but the nearest gate is not open, you need to walk to the west gate to enter. The restaurant opposite the hotel (Chengnan Wangshi) is quite famous, and it takes 30 minutes to queue up. It takes 30 minutes to queue up at 6:30. There is also Yang Dongjia on the list, which I have eaten before.

Overall, the stay experience is good. The sanitary conditions and environment are all good. The service staff is also very friendly.
