Facilities: The biggest problem is that the hot water for bathing in the family room is heated by a water heater, and bathing is limited. The bathtub was filled with half of the water. When the child wanted to take a shower after taking a bath, he found that there was no hot water available. He had to hold the foam on his head and wait for the water heater to start heating up hot water. The other three adults didn't take a shower at night! I went to take a shower in the morning and found that the amount of hot water at one time was not enough for two women to wash their hair and take a shower. It was very inconvenient and incredible for this room type! Service: Regarding the problem of hot water for bathing, there was no notification when booking, no reminder when checking in, and the waiter found that there was no hot water. The waiter only said that he would ask and the answer was that the water heater would have to wait to boil water, and he did not solve or report the problem. We only I was able to boil a kettle with hot water and barely rinsed the child's hair because the child was freezing. When checking out and reporting the problem to the hotel, the two staff members were okay and communicated actively. Hygiene: Everything else was fine. I found two small black flying insects in the quilt while sleeping. The windows and curtains were not clean, the window latch was broken and could not be locked, and the window screen was broken. Environment: In the alley of Mengjia Courtyard, it is okay to have a separate small courtyard. It is quiet amidst the hustle and bustle, and the location is more convenient to go anywhere. The room on the first floor has poor lighting and is very dark. There is not enough indoor lighting, and the room still smells like decoration.
