酒店房間中規中矩，大床房面積較小，行程顧問小婷及時幫我更換成雙床房，服務周到熱情，到店前已經通過微信幫我辦理了車牌綁定，錄製停車和入園路線視頻，使出行更快捷順暢~酒店早餐很豐富，不會因為到點立即收餐，會詢問客户是否用餐完畢，酒店就在景區裏，方便遊玩~位置好~

酒店位於明水古城景區外圍，位置離古城景區很近，進出景區非常方便。酒店有專屬停車場和無限次乘坐遊覽車的服務。值得表揚的是行程顧問王哲晨，在我們入住前就添加了微信，把酒店位置和節目單提前發送給我們，辦理入住過程非常迅速，還給我們發送了景區注意事項等等，入住期間多次問詢也能夠及時解答，非常滿意[強]

房間跟如家一個級別的，早餐連如家還不如，酒店前台冷漠地跟欠了錢樣的，除去送的門票，發現節假日房價實際翻了三倍。作為一個剛開業兩年的景區自營酒店咋會這樣呢

去過很多地方旅遊，住過很好酒店，都在攜程訂的，感覺每個酒店的前台都很專業，唯獨這次來濟南，應家古城酒店的前台的小姐姐很不專業，我們1月31日晚上入住，訂的連住兩晚，酒店送的景區門票，本來就是可以多次進出景區的，可是前台卻提醒我們第二天進景區，十二點之後出了景區就不能再進了，因為景區晚上七點半有泉秀，本來想説游完上午就回酒店休息一下再進景區看泉秀，結果聽了前台這麼一説，導致我們在游完景區後一直在景區待到六點，又困又累，帶的熱水又喝完了，於是去問景區保安，他説續住的住客是不受十二點的限制的，這時候我們才回了酒店，結果一來一回也看不到泉秀了。
另一個失望的是房間的熱水洗澡，根本不熱，衹有一點點暖，水壓超低，我們們在一層，花酒的水是完全沒水壓的慢慢細流出來的，平時在家五分鐘洗完澡，在這酒店要二十分鐘，跟客服反饋，回覆説客人太多，等十點半之後會好點，結果等到十一點還是沒變過，早上想洗頭，根本沒辦法洗乾淨

房間還算可以 牙刷有點難用，牙齦都被刷破了呢。豪華標間帶着孩子夠用了，我們把兩張床拼在了一起，給酒店帶來了不便不好意思了。垃圾桶就沙發那一個，建議洗手池那放一個，不然很不方便呢。滿意衞生間和洗浴是分開獨立的哦
衞生：還可以 摸了一下衣架下面沒有灰塵
環境：清凈 離景點也不遠 就在遊客中心停車場位置那裡
設施：算是四星級標準 早餐有點簡單了 我們那天早上去吃的菜有點涼了 雖然夏天 吃飯還是像吃熱乎乎的
品類有點少
總體還是不錯的 性價比高
專享泉秀觀看區域:位置其實一般 八點半的水秀八點就已經滿人了 也擠不進去 還不如早點在下面 專享的位置也會被噴水哦 還有火的表演 小朋友不要在上面位置太靠前了 有點危險 我們那晚小朋友被嚇哭了
