Xana Hotelle (Jinan Dongzhan Wanxiang Zhongxin)

It was a failure to check in. The room was very cold and it showed that it had air conditioning. The temperature was 13 degrees even if it was turned on on the first night. The next day I went to the staff and was told that the main switch of the air conditioner was not turned on and that the air conditioner was a decoration. His house had floor heating, so he asked the maintenance man to turn on the floor heating again on the second night. The room temperature on the second night was 16 degrees, still in the middle of the room, and it was about 12 degrees near the seats. I felt cold. The door lock of the bathroom is broken. If the door is not locked, it cannot be opened from the outside. The front desk has to use tools to open the door. The staff said that this happens often, which delays the work. The worst thing is that the decoration was very noisy when the guests checked in, which affected their rest. I don’t know what materials were used during the construction during the day, and they floated into the room and irritated the eyes, causing tears in the eyes.

It is clean in all directions with no dead ends, and the price/performance ratio is super high. It is highly recommended. There is a parking space at the door, which is very convenient, and you feel comfortable from the moment you enter. I give it 5 points for the environment! The variety is rich, the taste is rich, the dishes are exquisite, and the portions are real. It’s great.

The room is nice. The front desk provides toiletries for the children and a complimentary breakfast. The hotel is not far from the high-speed rail station. It takes more than ten minutes by taxi. Although the subway is being built nearby, it does not affect travel. I will stay again next time I come to the East Station. Check in
