環境很好，有院子，非常安靜，服務也很周到，雖然設施普通，但是房間寬敞乾淨，離靈巖寺非常近。

賓館不是2021年裝修的，可能是2021年開業的，熱水很好，衞生也可以，沒有一次性拖鞋，離着景區也很近，周圍有飯店，但是吃飯不方便也不好吃，大廳裏有飲水機，但是接水喝前台過來説了説，大意就是不讓用。這點不好。

距離靈巖寺兩百多米，連續三個早上人少時進去，就是圖這個方便，零食用品要自帶，附近沒小店
