Fantastic hotel with superb staff. Read many pervious reviews about Riley who is the front desk staff on her exceptional high service standard. Literally, one of the best hotels in Jinan. Rooms are very clean and equipped with the best devices. The staff is very professional and competent. Breakfasts are served at the highest level of taste and style. You can enjoy not only tasty dishes, but also have a great view from the 33 floor. Swimming pool area and the gym also very good.

It's Chinese New Year 🧨 I'm so happy. This year I specially brought my parents-in-law from Beijing for a self-driving tour to Jinan. Choosing Crowne Plaza was really the wisest choice. I am very grateful to Miss Riley at the front desk. She is not only beautiful, but also very enthusiastic and professional in handling the procedures. Her sweet smile makes us feel like spring breeze. My mother-in-law praised "this girl is so good" again and again (I was jealous for a second hahaha) 👍The hotel is exquisitely luxurious, elegant and grand. Our two room types, the parent-child room (family travel) and the executive room (business) are highly recommended. The room layout is reasonable, spacious and bright, and the large floor-to-ceiling windows are the highlight. We stayed for two nights on New Year's Eve while watching the Spring Festival Gala and enjoying the fireworks. On the second night, we also booked a seafood buffet. The dishes were rich and varied, especially fresh, and the service was very warm and thoughtful. The children were also organized to experience the traditional cultural DIY lucky bags. Thanks again to Riley at the front desk for a very unforgettable stay. See you next time!
