前台服務態度有待提高，回答問題不耐心，語氣欠佳，再説下衞生問題，一打開被子，被窩裡有兩根頭髮，衞生有待加強，工作人員打掃衞生時再仔細些。

不止一次入住優佳了，位置處於老城區中心地段，大觀園景區這裏，去哪都方便的。至於衞生 環境 服務態度真的不錯，感謝房嫂每次都會熱情問水夠不夠，早餐不貴又很豐富，一樓可以免費洗衣服，每年都來濟南，還會繼續入住。

酒店服務好，早餐豐富，床品舒適，改變了對舒適型酒店的看法，去哪裡都很方便，樓下吃的也多，因為連住7天，前台還幫忙升級了大些的房間，住的很舒服，很不錯的一次國慶商務行，下次去濟南，還住這裏。

我問停車場在哪，前台一臉警惕，鐘點房沒有停車場，我説你不提供免費停車場，總要告訴我在哪停，我要把車放個地方才能入住吧？真的搞笑！房間七彎八拐，上台階下樓梯的，裏面比較小，這都無所謂，就是那個態度，真讓人無語

房間位置很好，就在大觀園南邊兒。周邊有很多吃喝玩兒的東西，非常方便。前台小姐姐也很熱情，還給我們免費升了房，臨走時送了小禮物。總之在濟南這兩天，住宿根據地選在這裏沒有錯。

房間乾淨衞生沒有一點異味，早餐方便還很豐富口味也不錯。位置大觀園出去玩打車也很方便距離各個景點都不遠，十幾塊錢的打車費用就足夠了。值得推薦！
