找了好久酒店 最後訂的這一家 總體感覺還不錯 房間挺乾淨 前台服務也不錯 就是需要關注一些公眾號有點麻煩 其他都很好 外賣是機器人送餐 比較安全 門後有安全鏈 女孩子入住很安全 滿意滿意 來濟南的首選。下次還來哈哈哈～

酒店比較新，環境安靜。
大路門口休地鐵，打車得好好注意門口的牌子才能看到酒店在裏面的院子裏。
早餐也不錯，簡單，乾淨，有現煮餛飩。

前台入住的時候態度不太好，而且周圍因為修路噪聲特別大。房間剛進去一股味道，感覺像是下水道反上來的味道。衞生紙有一卷是拆開沒換的，洗髮水和沐浴露也衹剩一個底了，讓人感覺很無語。總體來説很一般

非常喜歡，住的環境也很好，各項服務也很不錯，早餐也很豐富，還可以現做熱的，但是有一個小問題，關於咱們酒店的網絡較慢，在下載軟件或者下載東西時最高網速不到1m，基本上在800k-900k，希望可以提升一下。再次説一下，服務非常熱情。

設施：設施還可以吧，該有的都有，小細節就是有煙霧面罩~早餐還可以的耶。
衞生：衞生emmm～有一説一吧 ，衞生有待改進，我是因為個人有點潔癖，當時考試提前去的早，收拾了有一會🥲 燒水壺那塊底下有水漬，茶杯裏不乾淨；茶藝桌那塊，茶壺嘴有茶漬，還有放茶葉的那個兩層小杯有點臟兮兮，我用水沖洗了一下用紙巾擦乾淨了；地板有點不乾淨。希望能夠改善一下，再接再厲吧～考試訂的房溢價挺嚴重的，但是衞生和價錢的確有點不匹配是真的。
環境：可以的
服務：前台小姐姐小哥哥都挺有禮貌的~ 可能延時的問題上會推薦一下會員~但是都是自願的~
溢價的問題也許不是酒店操作，和平台有關係

訂了兩晚的大床房，打算放鬆一下，結果被搞得心情極差！衞生特別差，剛進屋有一股難聞的拖布味兒，杯子裏有長期不打擾更換的落灰及毛屑，牙缸裏有不明棕色粘稠液體，燒水壺裡有假睫毛及白色片狀漂浮物，地上還有沒掃乾淨的果核，到處都是落灰……喊來經理，沒有得到滿意的解決，甚至説水壺都是高温消毒，可能是沒有涮乾淨。。入住時辦理的金卡會員説什麼都不給退，打了華住的電話從36小時反饋拖到又説再24小時，現在依然沒有反饋，退房時候確定肯定落在酒店的抱枕，打電話一直説沒有找到，嚴重懷疑被針對，一直住全季，從來沒有遇見這種情況，簡直無語……
