The hotel is very nice and in a great central location, however our stay wasn't as pleasant as we had hoped due to broken air conditioning. It got up to 28 degrees while we were trying to sleep and was very uncomfortable. They did give us a fan to use but it didn't help much. The only other complaint we have is that their gym facility is not so great, the weights are super light, so not appropriate for a big workout. If the air conditioning was working it would be a fantastic hotel. Hopefully they get this fixed very soon. The rooms are brand new and very clean and the staff is helpful and friendly.

This is the worst Atour hotel I have ever stayed in. The lobby is just like a shabby hotel. I am a season card member and the free breakfast coupons and late checkout are not allowed. I asked but Ctrip won’t let me use them. I don’t think so. Ridiculous? We arrived at 11 o'clock at night. There was road construction and it was very noisy at night. We didn't fall asleep until after 2 o'clock. The next morning, we called the room at 10 o'clock. I thought it was a big deal, but it turned out that I wanted to extend my stay! ! The problem is that when I checked in, I made it clear many times that I would only stay for one night, but the front desk didn't communicate when the shift changed? It was a disgusting stay. If you need accommodation, please stay away from this hotel! !
