衞生方面:整體還不錯，地面桌面，床單被罩等等都比較乾淨，有些地方也有小瑕疵，如衞生間鏡子有水跡殘留，但剛進去的床單不夠平整，不免讓人有些顧慮，到底是不是換新的？
設施方面:配有智能馬桶，洗手液，但最大問題是空調，剛進屋17度，調温調成30度，經過一晚上，才到23度，有點無語。
服務方面:態度還不錯，挺熱情，但也沒有多讓人印象深刻。
與樓上希岸酒店對比:早餐方面，菜品要多幾個，但沒有酸奶，油條不如希岸。設施方面，希岸不是智能馬桶，但空調比較給力。希岸沒有洗手液但有紙筆。兩家燈光設定都有缺陷，模式挺多，又是閲讀，又是睡眠又是明亮，又是氛圍，但躺在床上看會書，燈光都不怎麼給力，這一點，相比之下希岸更差點。麗怡至少床頭小燈可用！服務方面，希岸也衹是中規中矩，也沒有多讓人記憶猶新，該有的回覆都有，但主動給了升級，麗怡則沒有。兩家都不能足部按摩。房間大小方面，似乎希岸能大點？但這個不太確定。還有一點，希岸的毛巾等都是封裝好的，麗怡不是。
兩家都還行，各有優劣，做個簡單對比，供朋友們參考！

設施：空間比較大的，不緊湊，住着還是很舒服的。
床也夠大，一家三口睡完全沒問題。很寬敞。
設施齊全，智能馬桶。坐墊大，沒有提供一次性馬桶墊，自己待的又小了。
衞生：可以的。
環境：傢俱城裡，出入口比較多，同樓棟也不少其他酒店。
服務：水在大廳有免費取的位置，很好，自取。
早餐一般，還行吧。

非常好，滿意，免費升級的家庭房。和住自己家一樣，很舒服自在。唯一遺憾的是，沒有茶葉包，客房服務員特別好，還把自己的茶葉分享給我，謝謝客房部的工作人員，服務態度好，給好評。酒店離大明湖很近，開車打車都可以。早餐也好吃。

房間性價比很高，服務態度也不錯，周邊餐飲也很方便。我們入住的比較晚，但是因為小孩需要看電視不會弄，工作人員很熱情的上門來幫忙調試。出門這麼多天這次是入住酒店最愉快的一次，以後還會來入住。
