I checked in quite late in the evening, and have been upgraded to the Presidential Suites for one night stay! I wish I had more time to spend at the hotel room but I had to catch an early flight in the morning. The room is of course spacious (＞2000 sq ft) with a kitchen, living room with a dining table, office area and a bedroom. Busy breakfast service in the morning as there’s conference at the hotel. Buffet style breakfast - a wide variety of food including local food. It could be better if there’s more option for vegetables. The staff helped to call a taxi heading to airport. Overall it’s a comfortably short stay.

After an unfortunate incident of being given the wrong room, twice, we were given a free room upgrade (from deluxe to executive) and free access to both the executive lounge for dinner and the buffet for breakfast. The room was of a very high standard, with very high quality consumables in both the minibar and the bathroom. Views of the city, from everywhere, in the hotel are amazing! The food at the executive lounge was restrained in quantity but made up by its quality. The buffet breakfast was expansive and of the same high quality!

The location of the hotel is great. We went in April during Covid-19 restrictions, so the hotel was nearly empty maybe because of that the room was very cheap. The room was clean and the service staff was good can’t say the same about the front desk. Overall it was a comfortable 2 days stay.

Very helpful & kind hotel staff. Despite a lack of English they always did their best to assist me getting taxis, etc. Fantastic buffet breakfast. Fresh fruit delivered to the room every afternoon free of extra charges. Good location for the main attractions, a range of restaurants, & neighbourhood/community shops & services. I enjoyed my time there. The sole drawback is only two guest lifts, so, at certain times of the day, it takes a little while to summon the lift & it becomes crowded.

The staff at the door and in the lobby were fantastic. They upgraded our room. big, comfortable. breakfast in the revolving restaurant on the top floor was great. parking in the basement was a bit tricky tho.

There are shopping malls nearby, and Wanda Plaza is not far from here. The transportation is convenient. Breakfast is on the second floor. The hotel also upgraded us to a comfortable and adjustable deep sleep bed for free. It is very clean and hygienic, and the service is also very good. The hotel also gave us a large box of moon cakes as a gift, which was great. There is a restaurant on the second floor of the hotel called Siji Minghu (High-tech Store) with a good environment. Jinan Ziyue·Meixiu Hotel (High-tech Zone Qilu Software Park Branch) hotel service is really good. We also gave us a breakfast, a total of three breakfasts. The breakfast was very rich and complete. I was very satisfied. The milk was also fresh. Milk, all aspects are considered carefully. It would be better if some self-service mineral water and drinks can be provided. What needs to be improved is the awareness and quality of breakfast service staff. The quality of each employee's service marks the quality of the hotel. In the spirit of eating with confidence and providing comfortable service, giving customers more care and warmth is the best reward for them. One more thing to add is that when I finally left, I felt that the service at the front desk was also very impatient in the last day or two. I don’t know why, but my emotions are very serious, and I really need to improve myself. For example, you ask him to deliver your express delivery to you, or ask him to ask for some water. He will tell you that I am very busy here, please wait a moment. Very emotional. Then when checking out, every guest gave us a small gift, but because they gave us breakfast, they would not give us any more small gifts. The words were very cold, stiff, and a bit uncomfortable. I think the service To do it well, it should be consistent. Don't be emotional or have an attitude. I hope leaders will take it seriously! I just wrote down my true feelings after living here for five days. Stayed at this hotel for five days and had five breakfasts. Had two meals at their Chinese restaurant.

I booked a room with a friend, facing each other. Both rooms face the sun and can get sunshine! The room is also very comfortable and clean. The hotel has complete facilities and the front desk is friendly. Eye masks and earplugs are provided if you need them. It’s a good hotel.

The main body of the building was designed by the world-famous Portman Design Office. It consists of three parts: guest room building, exhibition center and Shandong Hall. Before going to bed at night, the shoes are laid out, wafer chocolates are placed, the curtains are drawn, and a sleeping order is placed under the bed. Bath bags and bath salts are provided. It's OK. Use different pillows. The staff at the restaurant where we had breakfast on the day we left packed some delicious food and said you can eat it on the train. Breakfast restaurant staff Huang Ruirong and friends, the room service room 2209 seemed to be a staff member named Hu that day, etc. Thank you all. The location is also good - it is close to the central attractions, next to Qianfo Mountain, and below is Quancheng Park. The flowering season will begin in the next two weeks. Very satisfied! The hotel is near Jinan, there are a lot of food and play downstairs, and the lobby is very compelling. And the bath is also very high-end, the panoramic window of the room is very beautiful, the lighting is particularly filmed! After the room is rested, it is absolutely amazing to go to the bath and massage. I suggest that you start from the south gate of Daming Lake opposite the hotel and take a boat tour of Daming Lake to appreciate the beauty of the lake and mountains. Afterwards, take a boat from the southwest gate to Black Tiger Spring and feel the tranquility of the gurgling spring water. After visiting Black Tiger Spring, you can go to Jiefang Pavilion. Next to it is the famous Kuanhouli Snack Street, where a variety of snacks are gathered to definitely satisfy your taste buds. Next, you can go to Hang Lung Lane to have a dinner and taste the authentic food. After dinner, you might as well go to Quancheng Square to watch the spectacular performance of the musical fountain. Walking from Quancheng Square, you can reach Baotu Spring and Wulongtan, and feel the unique charm of Quancheng. After the tour, you have two options: one is to take a boat from the north gate of Baotu Spring back to Daming Lake and enjoy the tranquility of the lake and mountains; the other is to stroll along Quancheng Road to Furong Street and feel the historical charm of the ancient street.
