早餐一般般，衹能吃飽，不要奢侈吃好。前台服務員服務態度很不好，完全不主動接待客人，問一句都懶得回答的態度，更氣人的是我們退房後，居然公安訊息沒退出，搞得我們第二天定不了酒店，前台服務員不負責任到這種地步。

有早餐，比較簡單，能吃飽。有很大的停車場。酒店曾做過隔離酒店，走廊被截成若干段，行李車不能直接推過。酒店服務還需認真、有責任心，別因為個人的失誤影響客人的正常行程。

晚上臨時決定入住，熱水還可以，旁邊有火鍋店和茶餐廳。就是早餐太簡單了，服務人員好像也沒啥事。按金退的現金，説微信退款要先找經理，前台退給客人再找經理報銷不行嗎？

酒店餐廳很不錯。家人住的很開心。早餐的師傅知道攜帶小朋友，給小朋友準備點心。從喀納斯出來到這裏，感覺很好。非常不推薦喀納斯老村的良棲山院

賓館的衞生有待提高，在角落裡能看到煙灰，衞生間還有頭髮，洗漱的牙膏配的都不齊，在五樓喊了十分鐘服務員，也沒一個
