I’m a frequent customer of Haile Resorts and have always enjoyed great service at places like Haile Adama, Arbaminch, and Hawassa. But honestly, Haile Jimma didn’t feel up to the same standard. I understand it’s a new branch and still gaining experience, but they could really learn from the other locations. The service was quite slow, and the reception didn’t feel very welcoming except for Ruth, who was polite and helpful. There are also a few exceptions among the waitresses who were kind and attentive, but overall the service needs improvement. I hope things get better with time because Haile Resorts are usually known for their warmth and professionalism.

We came to Haile Resort Jimma to meet new people and experience Ethiopian culture. The hotel team’s performance was amazing. Every request was handled quickly and efficiently. We enjoyed traditional local hospitality. The creativity of the staff is worth noting. All in all, we could recommend staying at Haile Resort Jimma as an enjoyable and culturally immersive experience.

All the workers were attendant. I had a pleasant stay. However, the hot shower isn’t consistent or not satisfying and there should be a sofa to sit in the room.

Absolutely loved my stay. The staff were friendly and accommodating, the room was clean and comfortable, and the amenities were top-notch. I'd highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Five-star service and facilities - can't wait to come back
