Staff are courteous, friendly and helpful. Decor is a bit dated but rooms are spacious and well supplied. Shower and bath are pretty efficient. Housekeeping is great and the lady was very helpful and sweet. Consistently good service by staff across the hotel, from the front desk staff to the concierge for baggage storage to restaurant. Over all, a very pleasant 7-day stay. Location is good for getting around by foot but to get a taxi can be a bit challenging as the location of the hotel is not convenient for taxi’s. The night before I left China, there was construction work going on outside the hotel, and the constant noise kept me awake all night, which was a terrible experience.
