We had a wonderful ski weekend at the Lake Songhua Seibu Prince Hotel in China. The hotel’s location is perfect for skiing, offering easy access to the slopes and stunning views of the surrounding area. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and memorable—they were incredibly friendly and attentive. The rooms were clean and cozy, with all the amenities we needed after a day on the slopes. The hotel’s dining options were also excellent, with a variety of delicious meals to choose from. I wasn't expecting this caliber of hotel in a smaller town such as Jilin. It is better than some 5 star hotels I've stayed at in other larger cities in China. Our room was extremely large, as we were able to accommodate two additional friends in our room for lunch with plenty of space to spare. Speaking of lunch, the delivery to the room was delivered via robot, much to our son's delight. The room and bathroom were both clean and well appointed. Nothing felt run down or low rent. The generously sized bath tub was put to good use for bathing our son, as well as soaking in a relaxing bath. The staff was extremely professional and catered to our special needs, including a crib and extra care for our son. Would also like to mention the busboy (礼宾部田静润) who was extremely helpful in loading/unloading of our extra large luggage into the taxi.

HI stayed at this hotel for a few nights, and its proximity to the railway station was very convenient. The room was clean and well-maintained, which I appreciated. However, communication was a bit challenging since no one at the reception spoke English. I stay here every time I come to Jilin. The transportation is very convenient, the breakfast is rich, and the hygiene and environment are very good. I upgraded the room this time. The waiter was very attentive. He found that I didn't have a mouse pad with my computer, so he sent me a mouse pad. It was really a heartwarming service.

The hotel experience is great!! It has been open for less than a year. The environment is elegant, the room is spacious and comfortable, the facilities are complete, there is a Dyson hair dryer, and the bedding is especially soft, and the sleep is particularly good. Every service staff is enthusiastic, and the housekeeper Yoyo is considerate and thoughtful. From check-in to check-out, people feel at home. The hotel is in a great location, very close to the ski resort, and very convenient for travel. The Japanese breakfast is rich in variety and tastes quite good. In short, it was a very pleasant stay experience, highly recommended!

The location of this restaurant is excellent. Turn right out of the hotel and you can walk to the special Ula hotpot and the century-old cold noodles. The quality of the old hotel is guaranteed, and the price including breakfast for two is less than 400 yuan, which is very cost-effective. The front desk service is also very user-friendly. Thanks to the beautiful front desk lady Yang Dandan for helping us upgrade the room. This trip caught the 5-star frost show, and I was in a great mood!

The room is big, just a bathtub can be topped by a room, magnificent, the service is also very good, the cleaning aunt is very happy, the front desk is very warm. The twin room without windows on the first night was too hot, and the twin room with windows on the second night was much more comfortable. I never wanted to come to Dongbei to die of heat.

Very unique ski hotel. Two bedrooms, two living rooms and two bathrooms, just right for a family of four. The bathroom is a little small, and the dry and wet areas are separated by a shower curtain. Although I am not used to it, it is enough. The TV cannot be projected, and there is no live broadcast channel. Fortunately, after contacting customer service, a video app was installed, and I watched the Spring Festival Gala on New Year's Eve.
