房間是輕奢風格，寬敞又乾淨，床品軟乎乎的，睡一覺超解乏，衞浴乾濕分離，細節很到位。前台服務人員態度特別好，辦理入住又快又貼心，還主動幫我升級了房型。
餐飲體驗也很棒，早餐在西江月餐廳，中式麪點、熱菜、粥品啥都有，種類豐富。萬悦閣中餐廳的潮汕菜很正宗，烹大師火鍋不僅能望江，雙人套餐性價比也超高。

極少給如此差評！長途趕路，入住酒店。沒有一句問候語，禮賓下班能理解，問行李車在哪，自己推自己拿，也能理解。入住房間，先是門鎖緊皺，費半天勁打開了，衞生隨便拍了一張，就是這樣，門鎖的防盜鎖用不了，兩大兩小入住，拖鞋三雙，備用枕頭沒有，浴袍沒有，牙刷兩個，浴巾三條……打電話向前台要，十分鐘送來了一條浴巾，敲門的聲音像要債的。其他東西果斷的不敢要了。我承認入住時間過了十二點，但從訂房到入住，一個電話沒有，明顯的繳費了愛來不來啊！第一次來吉林，這個價位的酒店應該不算低了吧？這點要求過分嗎？問門鎖怎麼辦？告訴我等等過來修，凌晨修鎖，您也真能想得出來！電梯連樓層門禁都沒有，想去哪去哪，安全談何説起！差評，希望大家引以為鑒！
