I read extensive reviews before I booked this hotel a few months ago, and my experience staying 3 nights here did support those excellent reviews. The services were superior and the staff very friendly and helpful. Free breakfast was good and packed with sufficient proteins and nutrients to prepare for a full half day skiing. You can rent ski equipments ( even clothing) right at the basement conveniently after you are done eating. Ski passes and ski classes can be purchased right there, with the channel discount prices, so you avoid the hassle of doing these things at the Ski Service Center. There is a Tesla Model Y always ready to take you from hotel basement to the ski slopes (the ski-in and ski-out access was closed during my stay there but in most cases you could do it) and take you back to hotel whenever you call them a few minutes ahead of time). The hotel itself is located within walking distance to the ski lifts, so even without the transportation assistance, it is manageable by putting on ski boots and just walk back and forth with your skis. The room I booked has a bedroom with 2 twin beds and a living room with TV and dining table and a kitchen sink and stove ( but no utensils yet so don’t expect to cook meals there). Bottle waters and snacks were replenished daily for free. Besides its own dinning facilities and a small grocery store on the basement, there are plenty of options to eat and shop on the Main Street just down the road from the hotel. Overall, the New Story is a happy story and I look forward to returning in a year or two. (My advice for those who can afford flexible schedules, try to come here in slow season like now outside the Xmas and Chinese New Year windows, the snow is still quite good yet the crowds are not existent and you can get really good deals in staying, though the lift ticket is still not cheap, 430 RMB a or some $60-65 a day. Much more in busy season).

The hotel has a car to send you, but because it is not the snow season, it doesn't feel far to walk and see the scenery~ Sanitation: The room is very clean and quiet, and the hotel is relatively new. The first time I stayed in the hotel with my children, I originally brought disposable sheets and quilt covers, but I didn't use them when I saw that the bedding was new and clean. There are also children's slippers, but they are still a bit big for a 2-year-old child =^Ü^= The bathroom is fully equipped with disposable toilet covers. Wifi: The overall signal of the resort is not good, but it is okay to have wifi~ Value for money: The value for money is amazing! It is more expensive to book two rooms with children and aunts. It is too expensive to book a suite in general hotels, but the price of this suite is very good. The kids' playground downstairs is a great place for babies to have fun. It's very suitable for family outings or friends. There is a supermarket and hot pot restaurant on the first floor of the hotel. There is a porridge shop outside. There is a barbecue restaurant a few steps away (the Gada soup restaurant is good). Although many restaurants close early or don't open during the off-season, they can still meet basic needs. It will be more fun when the weather warms up in a while. Anyway, I will stay at his house when I go to Songhua Lake Resort in the future!

The hotel is located in the community, with a good surrounding environment. The underground garage leads directly to the hotel, which is suitable for family self-driving. Parking is convenient, charging is convenient, breakfast is OK, the room is spacious, the hygiene is OK, the refrigerator is large, there is an induction cooker, and the point is that it is pet-friendly! I hope that these problems can attract the attention of management and be improved as soon as possible. First of all, the actual content of the leisure energy afternoon tea is seriously inconsistent with the promotional pictures. The price of 88 yuan is only exchanged for a small bag of potato chips and a small bag of rice crust, and it is delivered at the end of the third day after the customer actively reminds it. The experience is extremely inconsistent with the price. Secondly, the charcoal fire service fee for courtyard camping is as high as 48 yuan, accompanied by the negligence of the service staff - the oil and seasoning required for barbecue are delayed for more than half an hour, and even after repeated urging, it still needs to be personally intervened to solve it. This is still the case in the off-season, and the service quality in the peak season is worrying. In terms of accommodation, the room I booked is not equipped with air conditioning, and the heating service needs to be actively requested before it is provided, which is inconsistent with the booking information. During the breakfast period, the food supply is tight. Popular options such as steamed dumplings and buns are sold out at 8:30 in the morning and are no longer replenished, leaving later guests with limited choices, such as grilled sausages and fried sweet potato balls, which greatly reduces the dining experience. What is even more disappointing is the experience of the barbecue project. Not only is it expensive, but guests who bring their own barbecue ingredients also encounter rude treatment from the staff, such as negative reactions such as rolling eyes. This service attitude is really inappropriate. Although the hotel's natural environment, especially the beautiful scenery of Songhua Lake, adds a touch of color to the overall experience, the shortcomings in service and facilities seriously lower the overall evaluation. In view of the above issues, I sincerely request that you conduct an in-depth investigation and take immediate measures, including but not limited to improving food quality and diversity, strengthening employee service attitude training, ensuring that publicity is consistent with reality, and reasonably adjusting the price system, in order to restore customer confidence and provide a truly satisfactory vacation experience. A very cost-effective hotel. The entire service team is very attentive to the guests. A very humane B&B. The hotel has two Teslas to take us to the ski resort and nearby restaurants at any time. Basically there is no need to wait. 

The hotel environment is very good, with complete facilities, cleanliness, rich breakfast, and you can slide in and out. This time I brought my family and friends to Songhua Lake for skiing. It was a great experience.

Before I went there, I was a little worried about living in Phase 3, but after I went there, I found it perfect. 1. The hotel car is available on call and sent directly to the ski equipment hall. You can rent ski clothes and ski equipment downstairs and get ski tickets, which is basically equivalent to skiing in and out. The price is too cost-effective compared to the ski-in and ski-out hotel. 2. There is a small supermarket downstairs with all kinds of daily necessities. A hearty breakfast is provided, and there are even freshly made rice noodles and honey. These are much more convenient than other B&Bs! 3. The apartment is very clean, and the spacious living room is very friendly to skiers with a lot of equipment. The service is very good, it can be said that it is responsive to every request, and the ski equipment is collected and sent on behalf of the express delivery. The p.a. boss is also very stylish. Summary: A very carefully operated B&B, with a very high cost-effectiveness, and the service facilities are no worse than those of expensive hotels. I will choose here for skiing next time.

It is a hotel that provides one-stop service for snow enthusiasts. I specially requested a non-smoking room. The room was clean and smell-free, and the towels were very new. The first floor of the hotel provides food, drink, ski equipment, snow tickets, coaching services, and you can truly prepare everything and go directly to the ski trails without leaving home. Walk about 20 meters out of the hotel to a small gentle slope, slide down and directly connect to two sections of magic carpet, and you can transfer to the cable car. The boss and front desk staff are very friendly and recommend to snow lovers to experience it.

The room is clean and comfortable, with sufficient heating and a good view. It is a 10-minute walk to the A-line and close to the one-day tour hall. The surrounding facilities are relatively complete. There are Yanjiyou suitable for office and leisure, and the affordable Qingshan Canteen, which is better than the first and second phases. Quiet and worth staying. The hotel is equipped with a Tesla to pick up and drop off within the park at any time. The experience is very good. You don’t have to worry about the inconvenience of changing into ski equipment and carrying snowboards. The boss and employees are warm and sincere. I really feel that Northeast is full of "E people"! It is very convenient to buy ski tickets and rent ski equipment. Snow tickets are definitely cheaper than various platforms. Rental of snowboards, snowshoes, ski clothing, etc., although you can rent cheaper elsewhere, but when you compare it, you feel that it is indeed a little bit cheaper. It’s really better to be more expensive, especially the snowboards and snowshoes. The boss Jie directly helped me choose them. They are really much more comfortable and useful than the ones provided by the ski resort! Very helpful for a newbie like me!

The steam room is so awesome, it can dispel cold and relieve fatigue. You can rent various equipment when you go downstairs and ski directly onto the slopes. There is also a ticket machine to avoid queuing and wasting time. Chinese and Western buffet for breakfast. full of nutrition.
