Atour X Hotel Jiangnan Xiamen Street, Jilin

I recently stayed at JiLin Atour Hotel and was thoroughly impressed by the outstanding service, especially from the front desk team. As a foreign traveler, I truly appreciated their patience and willingness to assist me in every way possible. A special thanks to RanYU if known who not only helped me call a taxi efficiently but also carefully carried my luggage and double-checked the destination with the driver to ensure I’d arrive smoothly. Their attention to detail ，even offering bottled water for my journey! made me feel genuinely cared for. The kindness and professionalism of your staff reflect the high standards of this hotel. I’ll definitely choose to stay here again and recommend it to fellow travelers. Keep up the amazing work!

This hotel is great. Breakfast has a large food variety, it has self-service coffee machine, it closes at 10:30am which is super appreciated, the location is good for food as it is in the special food district (15 minutes to railway though). Staff are very helpful. The only issue I have is the nearest convenience store is close but over the road and the taxi/Didi sometimes drop you off on the wrong side of the road because it more convenient to them and didi says to cross the road in the middle of the street so bad mapping by Didi. Some signs at breakfast and other things are only in Chinese (I'm from Australia and I don't know Chinese) so need to use translation app to use the coffee machine and the air conditioner though.
