We have a warm welcome from the hotel staff (especially from Eve) , they were great observers and offering us drinks, masks, eye masks… when we raise an issue they are able to share us solutions almost immediately!
Breakfast variety was great, covering from western to local.
Room size were big and the amenities was the best among all the hotels we have stayed in China.
Will definitely come back again!

Enjoyed our stay here. We requested to change room due to cigarette smoke smell in the first room. Eve was very helpful with our check in procedure and answered all our enquiries professionally. Hotel is clean and breakfast selection was great too. Would definitely recommend family and friends to stay here.

Seeing that we were with children, she specially upgraded our room and arranged a very comfortable room for us. Thank you very much. The location of this restaurant is excellent. Turn right out of the hotel and you can walk to the special Ula hotpot and the century-old cold noodles. The quality of the old hotel is guaranteed, and the price including breakfast for two is less than 400 yuan, which is very cost-effective. The front desk service is also very user-friendly. Thanks to the beautiful front desk lady Yang Dandan for helping us upgrade the room. This trip caught the 5-star frost show, and I was in a great mood!
