住過數不清的酒店，利雅德飯店家庭房是最好的（沒有之一），真是大呀，舒服。孩子特喜歡，不想走。沒辦法我們衹是站一下腳，明天必須回大連，餐廳吃的好還便宜，尤其燒麥，真好吃呀！房價還超便宜!還是國慶節期間，有時間帶寶寶們多住幾天!不用去外面找吃的。

不咋地，床壞的露釘子。毛巾也不咋地，洗浴送的毛巾都比這強。房間舉架太高，空調等於擺設根本帶不動，屋裡冷開着暖風開的時候是多少度一直就是多少度。標註2020年裝修，僅僅是從新裝的下其他設施根本就不行。就這還自我標註準四星酒呢？

住的屋子下水道不下水，設施老舊。8樓整層空調壞了，第一天下午就説了讓解決，晚上還是壞的，半夜熱醒。前台不解決問題，態度非常非常非常差。不理人磨磨唧唧，強烈要求下才更換房間？？？並且新房間隔壁早上3點開始吵吵鬧鬧準備婚禮。奉勸要來住宿的朋友們，快逃！

前台服務人員服務態度太差！！！！！而且這種規模的酒店，竟然還收房卡按金，而且連個收據都沒有！完全是違規行為！已經很多年了，在攜程，付款寶的擔保下，酒店賓館哪裡還有收按金的？？？？也就路邊小旅店還在收按金！另外，前台短頭服務員，不就是一個服務員麼，那蔑視的眼神和欺虐的態度，完全不符合這個酒店的形象！估計路面小旅店的態度都比她好。算踩雷了，提醒預訂的大家，三思再訂，免得惹一肚子氣！
