Very good service. Jingjing helped us with skipass, referred a store to rent ski’s. Helped to arrange airport pickup. (Helped us in Chinese). Pleasant stay. Clean rooms. Fast check in.

Very good size room, clean and tidy. The building itself is very basic but it’s well located, 1 minuet walk from the best bar in the resort (303 cocktail) and a 5 minute walk from the slopes with plenty or rental shops along the way

之前想來滑雪訂了九個晚上住宿，結果公司整棟樓被封了疫情隔離十四天，開了社區隔離證明提交退訂，商家拒絕，日期到了就直接扣款，於是找攜程協商，退錢是不可能的可以延後入住，導致我隔離之後買了機票過來辦理入住滑雪。入住當天沒有要求我們提供身份證、核酸證明等疫情期間以及公安要求提供的訊息。
800一晚的房間，零下二十幾度的室外温度，房間漏風，商家所謂的處理辦法就是用膠帶幫你粘住一下；
測温槍往地板地熱一打 二十度 告訴我達到國家標準了，你覺得冷是你的問題；
熱水器40L，室內温度已經很冷了，想洗一個熱水澡，五分鐘沒有熱水了，凍到抽筋，商家卻告知每個房間配備都是60L的哦，睜眼説瞎話能力**！
也不知道給的什麼雜牌吹風機，我是短髮，吹了一個小時才幹，穿着三層衣服瑟瑟發抖度過第一晚。
第二天要求退房，商家死活不願意，説是我違約一分錢不退，我不知道為什麼出門在外想要洗一個熱水澡和温暖的室內温度是一個多過分的訴求，總之攜程和他們簽了合約，他們提供了這樣的服務，也是可以想扣你的錢就扣多少的。
他們竟然****提供了代賣房間的方案，賣出去了就把錢退給我，為什麼我得到了這樣的服務還要為你們做保底資金提供？
其次，攜程客服説他們賣出去了跨年那幾天的房間，然而今天扣款是按照全額扣款，也就是説，同樣的時間和房間他們賣出去了兩次，賺了兩次錢，兩次中介費，真的是個好操作！攜程説：商家就是有權扣款我管不了，他們還不接我電話。商家態度：老孃就是不給你退你能咋地，你退是你的事情我照樣賣出去，賺兩次錢！！！！

訂的家庭房，房間稍微有點小，住三個人有點擠了，其它都還好，乾淨整潔安靜，地暖温度剛好，在外面零下十幾度的晚上睡覺不會特別熱。

民宿離雪場還是有段距離的步行也要十多分鐘，其他沒什麼問題，就是千萬不要找民宿推薦的教練，莫名其妙被收了一人三百的場地費，兩個人就是六百還不如去雪場找教練
