整體感受非常驚喜！酒店位於市中心繁華地段，步行5分鐘就能到地鐵站，周圍餐廳、便利店一應俱全，晚上想買點零食或日用品完全不用愁。一進大堂就被温馨的香氛和前台小姐姐的笑容治癒了，辦理入住效率超高，還貼心提醒了早餐時間和免費健身房的位置。
房間設計簡約又高級，落地窗視野超棒，晚上可以俯瞰城市夜景。床品柔軟得像雲朵，一夜好眠無壓力。浴室乾濕分離做得很好，洗護用品是淡淡柑橘香，用起來很舒服。細節也很加分，床頭有USB插座，空調靜音效果贊，完全沒被噪音打擾。
早餐必須誇一誇！種類多到眼花繚亂，現烤的可頌外酥裏嫩，還有本地特色小吃檔口，連咖啡都是現磨的，開啟一天好心情。退房時禮賓員小李主動幫忙搬行李，還送了小瓶裝礦泉水路上喝，這些小服務真的讓人倍感貼心。
性價比方面完全超出預期，這個價位能享受到這樣的位置、設施和服務，絕對物超所值！下次來這個城市一定會再選它，也推薦給追求便利和舒適的朋友

房間乾淨衞生，智能馬桶，智能控制窗簾，熱水很好，周邊吃飯購物方便。不足的地方，恰遇後面停車場正在施工，遇到一點困難。

酒店裝修比較有特色，隔音很好。
2個枕頭，睡床舒服。
選擇了全屋智能，除了智能馬桶有些功能不好用之外，其餘尚可。
更換了房間，這個房間衞生可以的。
贈送的瓶裝水，有一瓶是開過蓋的。
建議:1、修理智能馬桶的失效功能。2、修理床頭的LED燈，不好用。3、加強管理，房間衞生與贈品。擰開過的瓶裝水都發現不了嗎？！

設計很有創意，文藝色彩濃厚。房間乾淨整潔，關鍵是大，乾濕分離。酒店設施齊全，洗衣房和健身房挺乾淨。如果有洗衣液和熨衣服設備就更好了。還有就是電梯衹有一部，上下不太順暢。

酒店的設施實在是不敢恭維，訂的觀影房還看不了，網絡一直斷斷續續連不上，挺掃興，好在服務很好有問題及時解決有措施就是設施實在不給力。

收拾的一點不乾淨，到處都是毛髮，洗手池有備品有馬桶也有地上更是有，椅子更是臟的不敢坐，讓保潔換了枕套和被套，那裡麪更是黃一塊黃一片的，簡直了，定的也不能取消就對付住了，然後晚上沒事看訂單的時候，發現還掉價~真是不開心。
