酒店距離雪場很近，步行或是坐擺渡車都可以，擺渡車隨到隨走非常方便，2分鐘到雪場。酒店裡很暖和，很乾凈，佈置温馨，在屋裡穿短袖就行。所有服務員都熱情周到，餐廳每晚都有夜宵，牛肉麪，牛肉粉，橙汁，牛奶，餛飩太豐盛了！房間佈局合理，還送了飲料，下次來還住這裏！

十一出遊選擇了雲麓，酒店比較新，設施都挺好的，位置離度假區主街不遠，步行大概10分鐘，酒店有免費的擺渡車，非常快，不用等，工作人員服務態度很好，需求都能很快響應，早餐也不錯

真的想好好誇誇這裏。離度假區步行三分鐘距離，樓下停車位也比較充足。房間裏面像是民宿式酒店前後兩個外陽台都能看到山景真好早餐雖然比不上大酒店多種多樣但也能看出做的很用心！！入住期間小朋友磕到受傷了，當晚無法自駕，聯繫酒店前台，前台立刻幫忙叫了出租車。抱着小朋友下樓看到店家着急的打電話當時因為太心急沒有表達我的感謝，在這裏真誠的謝謝店家🙏 松花湖很好雲麓也很好明年還要來！！！

超棒的！酒店設計和環境都非常好，讓人住下就不想走的感覺。早餐的米線非常好吃，種類也多，下次還會選擇這裏。

酒店環境非常漂亮，大廳佈置得很有格調，牆壁上的掛畫很配酒店裝修，看得出來是精心設計規劃的。我入住房間是兩張1.2米的床，非常舒適。衞生間雖然小但很乾凈。房間內還配備了電磁爐和操作枱，客廳的沙發超級舒服。陽台上可以看風景，房間配有紗窗，沒有蚊蟲。酒店還有擺渡車接送，不限次數。酒店早餐很豐盛，是我住過酒店早餐最豐盛的一家。酒店旁邊幾步路就是吃飯的青山飯堂，還有小商店和葯店，離景區不行也就6、7分鐘左右。好評👍👍👍👍👍👍

衝著寵物友好去的，環境很好，安靜，乾淨，對小狗很友善，因為帶狗不能去餐廳吃早飯，貼心的姐姐還幫着把早餐端到房間。
