We added the manager on Wechat and he was so helpful and attentive. Service was great. Room was warm and clean. We arrived late on the first night and asked for dinner recommendations. He checked our food preferences, called ahead and sent a car to take us to a good restaurant! Breakfast is nice and right next to the ski service center. He helped with tickets and transport for our whole trip. Would definitely stay again!

I stayed at the Holiday Inn between Christmas and New Year. My friends stayed in the Club Med down the road. Although I joined them for dinner at Club Med, I was genuinely very happy with my stay at Holiday Inn. The room was spacious with a good layout. It had central heating and underfloor heating (lovely after a day of skiing). The room was clean, and I appreciate that the staff offered to change the linen and towels daily, but only on request as they were conscious of the environment. The staff were friendly, but it was difficult with the language barrier as they spoke very limited English and I needed to translate everything. I was very happy with the breakfast at the hotel, as it had a range of good quality western and Asian dishes. I could easily fill up on this food and not eat again until dinner. If I had have been hungry, I could have visited the little snack shop in the lobby. Though the hotel is a short 5min walk away from the main ski service hall, there is a ski-in ski-out option from the hotel if you already have equipment. Alternatively, you can ride the free shuttle bus from the hotel to the service hall. The shuttle bus runs every 5-10mins until 10pm, which is very useful as you can also use it to go to dinner and back. Included in the hotel booking, was free entrance to the Japanese hot springs. This is close to the ski hall, so you can take the shuttle. It is wonderful and highly recommended for all ages, especially as it is technically part of the hotel’s stay!

This was a great hotel with wonderful views of the river and the light shows. The meteorite museum is just across the river and there are many eateries and restaurants within walking distance. The front desk people are wonderful and extremely friendly and helpful. I would highly encourage anyone visiting this area to stay at this hotel.

Jilin City is really a treasured tourist city in Northeast China. It is full of happiness. I booked it a week in advance. Such a good hotel is only about 300 yuan for the National Day holiday. Two bathing tickets were also given. It is really full of sincerity to welcome guests. The room is clean and well-equipped. I would like to make a small suggestion. It would be better to put a scale in the room. Bathing and scrubbing are 28 yuan. The restaurants in Jilin are really delicious and cheap. I highly recommend it. I heard from other guests in the hotel that the breakfast is good, but I didn't have breakfast in the hotel because I had to eat Jilin's special noodles and pies in the morning.

The service provided by the front desk ladies Liu, Gong, and Yin was also good. The check-in and check-out process was very smooth. They also helped me choose a room without smoke. The lobby is spacious and the heating is sufficient. It is not cold at all when waiting for the bus in winter. The room heating is also sufficient, which is great! First thing - the service is awesome! Super friendly and so happy to help accommodate any requests such as transport, rentals etc. The cleaning ladies, the driver and the lady who organised everything through wechat were awesome 👍 Accommodation is modern, clean and very comfortable. We slept 5 guys in the villa with no issues and we all loved it! 24hr mini shop next door and a little cafe with really friendly people for your morning coffee before hitting the slopes. 7am - 10pm free transport around the resort, just drop them a wechat message. 2 minutes shuttle to the slopes. I cant rate it any higher - for the money, this place is top notch!
