The time I spent in Jieyang was so comfortable! From the moment I stepped into the hotel, I could feel the warm and sincere service of the staff. When checking in, the beautiful lady Xiao Zheng kindly reminded me of the surrounding night market food and scenic spots, which instantly shortened the distance. The room is spacious and bright, and the decorative details full of Lingnan style are eye-catching. The smart equipment is complete, and the bedding is soft and skin-friendly, so you can sleep peacefully every night. The Chaoshan specialty rice cakes, beef ball soup and other delicacies served for breakfast are authentic and delicious, and they are a feast for the mouth. When checking out, Xiao Cai was very efficient, and Xiao Zhang helped with the luggage. Whether it is a business trip or a tourist vacation, this Jieyang hotel is an excellent choice. The hotel's location is fantastic, and the rooms are impeccably clean. It's incredibly convenient to walk to the ancient city, with plenty of dining options nearby. The front desk staff were all exceptionally kind and helpful. During check-in, we were informed that the small play tent in our room wasn't dry yet. Noticing our child's disappointment, they generously offered us a complimentary KFC breakfast for the next morning! By the time we checked out, the tent was ready. They even went out of their way to bring it to our room so our child could play with it for a bit, which truly made their day and fulfilled a small wish. We highly, highly recommend this hotel!

I didn't expect the sister at the front desk to also send fruit and snacks. This service really didn't have to say. I don't know why the service is so good, why the score is so low? You can swim for free when you check in. This is good, but unfortunately I don't swim. I can watch others play. The room environment is also good, the overall style is that simple and luxurious, the house can basically be controlled by the small degree of the room, even the takeaway is sent by the robot, you don't have to go down to get it yourself, it's too worry-free.

The hotel amenities here are ok, it would be awesome if there was a big selection of food. The staff are amazing if I could give it 10 stars i would. The staff are really well mannered. Special shoutout goes to 陈柏就 extremely helpful as we have 2 elderly making everything easy. Even helping us order delivery food and didi multiple times and was not fussed about the money at all. My grandpa’s foot got swollen and he offered to go with us to the hospital it saved many hours of our time as it made the process smooth. He also came after his work hours and taught us how to cook the Chinese medicine which tooks 3 hours as it was extremely complicated and the next day he went to get the report from the hospital making our lives so much easier. With all this help we tried tipping but he refuses to accept it. I’d also like to give a special thanks to 崔吴彤 as she was nice and helped us out as well to do something that was super important to us

First time to Jieyang and this hotel is a gem in terms of location near to Jinanmen Gate and Tianfu Street, high level of comfort with good space, great service from counter, room cleaning and breakfast area. We always enjoyed our complimentary breakfast. Better not be too late for breakfast as it ends at 9.30am. Highly recommend this hotel.
