The front deck team Ms Xia Ming (小敏），Mr. Xia Yang (小洋) and Xia Yee (小艺) are very Customer Services oriented, they help beyong thier responsibility and share the best way to explore thier town. The breakfasr are superb yummy and delicious. My Family love it. Beside that the location is also very strategic and close to main Or key tourist site at JieYang. The hotel's location is fantastic, and the rooms are impeccably clean. It's incredibly convenient to walk to the ancient city, with plenty of dining options nearby. The front desk staff were all exceptionally kind and helpful. During check-in, we were informed that the small play tent in our room wasn't dry yet. Noticing our child's disappointment, they generously offered us a complimentary KFC breakfast for the next morning! By the time we checked out, the tent was ready. They even went out of their way to bring it to our room so our child could play with it for a bit, which truly made their day and fulfilled a small wish. We highly, highly recommend this hotel!

The time I spent in Jieyang was so comfortable! From the moment I stepped into the hotel, I could feel the warm and sincere service of the staff. When checking in, the beautiful lady Xiao Zheng kindly reminded me of the surrounding night market food and scenic spots, which instantly shortened the distance. The room is spacious and bright, and the decorative details full of Lingnan style are eye-catching. The smart equipment is complete, and the bedding is soft and skin-friendly, so you can sleep peacefully every night. The Chaoshan specialty rice cakes, beef ball soup and other delicacies served for breakfast are authentic and delicious, and they are a feast for the mouth. When checking out, Xiao Cai was very efficient, and Xiao Zhang helped with the luggage. Whether it is a business trip or a tourist vacation, this Jieyang hotel is an excellent choice. First time to Jieyang and this hotel is a gem in terms of location near to Jinanmen Gate and Tianfu Street, high level of comfort with good space, great service from counter, room cleaning and breakfast area. We always enjoyed our complimentary breakfast. Better not be too late for breakfast as it ends at 9.30am. Highly recommend this hotel.

The room is really big, not cramped, the breakfast is good, and the hotel is of good quality. But there is no heater, so the room is a bit cold. I asked the front desk for a blanket, and they gave it to me. The service is good.

Xiao Zhang at the front desk was warm and thoughtful, and quickly helped me arrange the room. The guest room was very clean, the bedding was comfortable, and I slept very well at night. The smart device Xiaodu in the room also added points. The lights and curtains can be controlled with one button, which is super convenient! The location is very good, there are restaurants and shopping malls around, and it is not far from the ancient city of Jieyang, so it is very convenient to travel. I really can't find any fault with this stay, and I will choose this hotel next time I come here!

The hotel amenities here are ok, it would be awesome if there was a big selection of food. The staff are amazing if I could give it 10 stars i would. The staff are really well mannered. Special shoutout goes to 陈柏就 extremely helpful as we have 2 elderly making everything easy. Even helping us order delivery food and didi multiple times and was not fussed about the money at all. My grandpa’s foot got swollen and he offered to go with us to the hospital it saved many hours of our time as it made the process smooth. He also came after his work hours and taught us how to cook the Chinese medicine which tooks 3 hours as it was extremely complicated and the next day he went to get the report from the hospital making our lives so much easier. With all this help we tried tipping but he refuses to accept it. I’d also like to give a special thanks to 崔吴彤 as she was nice and helped us out as well to do something that was super important to us

The response speed is very fast: I called the front desk late at night to request additional items, and they were delivered to the room in less than 5 minutes; I needed the room cleaned in advance, and the staff coordinated and resolved it immediately, with full efficiency. The room is spotless, with no stains on the carpet, sofa, or bathroom corners, and the cups are sterilized, allowing you to use them with confidence.

The room is spacious and close to the attractions. There are also many delicious foods nearby! The breakfast in the store is also rich and delicious. The TV can also be projected on a large screen! I like it very much and will come again next time
