The lobby's dry landscape garden, framed by sparse bamboo shadows and a delicate blend of light grey and natural wood tones, subtly embodies the Eastern aesthetic of 'blank space.' Inside the guest rooms, the ambient lighting design softened the atmosphere, complementing the gracefully curved furniture that felt as smooth as polished jade. A simple voice command to the smart room controls effortlessly drew back the curtains, allowing the city's hustle and bustle to recede behind the double-glazed windows, leaving only a sense of calm and a gentle breeze. In the morning, a faint scent of white tea from the tea lounge lingered on my clothes. Attendants, pouring tea from ceramic pots into delicate cups and serving handmade pastries, created such an atmosphere that I momentarily forgot I was in a hotel; it felt more like leisurely spending time in an old friend's study. Returning at night, the King Koil mattress offered perfect support for my weary body, and the luxurious pillows seemed to invite the moonlight. The bath amenities, infused with the essence of mountain flora, felt thoughtfully curated. Their tightly sealed caps hinted at a commitment to preserving nature's secrets, truly demonstrating that environmental consciousness lies in the smallest details. If travel is often a journey of exploration, then this place perfectly embodies the idea of 'finding your distant escape right here and now.' As I looked back upon departure, the patterns of the dry landscape garden seemed to freeze time itself. It truly became clear that a place where one feels utterly at peace can indeed feel like a second home.

The room I stayed in this time was very clean, the view outside the window was unique, the location was excellent, the room was clean and tidy, the bedding was super comfortable, and I slept well until dawn!

The staff were professional and were very polite. We asked for late checkout and the request was granted. The rooms were big and clean. We were given rooms on the same floor and facing the Rong Jiang, the view was great! The rooms even came with fruits every day! Would have loved to stay longer at this hotel if our trip wasn't so short. We found tasty and great variety of food behind the hotel too. Would come again to stay at this hotel. Well done Rong Jiang Hotel!

Not to mention the room, the service is really OK, when I checked in, the front desk brother also upgraded the room for free. I thought it was over. I didn't expect the sister at the front desk to also send fruit and snacks. This service really didn't have to say. I don't know why the service is so good, why the score is so low? You can swim for free when you check in. This is good, but unfortunately I don't swim. I can watch others play. The room environment is also good, the overall style is that simple and luxurious, the house can basically be controlled by the small degree of the room, even the takeaway is sent by the robot, you don't have to go down to get it yourself, it's too worry-free.

I recommend the Lavande in Rongcheng Jieyang Tower to anyone visiting Jieyang. The hotel is very new, with a completion sign on the wall, suggesting it was recently built. The rooms are very smart, with Xiaodu voice control, which really touched my heart. They're comfortable and simple, with all the essential hotel details (pencil and paper, phone, and call center). The front desk staff is warm and welcoming. The breakfast is very generous, and you can also order local specialties.

The hotel boasts a very tasteful design, and the room amenities are also good. Both the cleanliness and the surrounding environment are up to standard. Given that it's the off-season, the price is quite reasonable. Overall, it's a worthwhile choice.

The hotel's location is fantastic, and the rooms are impeccably clean. It's incredibly convenient to walk to the ancient city, with plenty of dining options nearby. The front desk staff were all exceptionally kind and helpful. During check-in, we were informed that the small play tent in our room wasn't dry yet. Noticing our child's disappointment, they generously offered us a complimentary KFC breakfast for the next morning! By the time we checked out, the tent was ready. They even went out of their way to bring it to our room so our child could play with it for a bit, which truly made their day and fulfilled a small wish. We highly, highly recommend this hotel!

The time I spent in Jieyang was so comfortable! From the moment I stepped into the hotel, I could feel the warm and sincere service of the staff. When checking in, the beautiful lady Xiao Zheng kindly reminded me of the surrounding night market food and scenic spots, which instantly shortened the distance. The room is spacious and bright, and the decorative details full of Lingnan style are eye-catching. The smart equipment is complete, and the bedding is soft and skin-friendly, so you can sleep peacefully every night. The Chaoshan specialty rice cakes, beef ball soup and other delicacies served for breakfast are authentic and delicious, and they are a feast for the mouth. When checking out, Xiao Cai was very efficient, and Xiao Zhang helped with the luggage. Whether it is a business trip or a tourist vacation, this Jieyang hotel is an excellent choice. Next time you come to Jieyang, you must choose here!

Very good hotel, came to participate in the marathon, the hotel not only prepared milk bread for the road early, but also prepared porridge and snacks for us early, and helped to call a car to the venue, which was great! Next time there is a marathon in Jieyang, I will stay at this hotel again.

The hotel amenities here are ok, it would be awesome if there was a big selection of food. The staff are amazing if I could give it 10 stars i would. The staff are really well mannered. Special shoutout goes to 陈柏就 extremely helpful as we have 2 elderly making everything easy. Even helping us order delivery food and didi multiple times and was not fussed about the money at all. My grandpa’s foot got swollen and he offered to go with us to the hospital it saved many hours of our time as it made the process smooth. He also came after his work hours and taught us how to cook the Chinese medicine which tooks 3 hours as it was extremely complicated and the next day he went to get the report from the hospital making our lives so much easier.
