The hotel amenities here are ok, it would be awesome if there was a big selection of food. The staff are amazing if I could give it 10 stars i would. The staff are really well mannered. Special shoutout goes to 陈柏就 extremely helpful as we have 2 elderly making everything easy. Even helping us order delivery food and didi multiple times and was not fussed about the money at all. My grandpa’s foot got swollen and he offered to go with us to the hospital it saved many hours of our time as it made the process smooth. He also came after his work hours and taught us how to cook the Chinese medicine which tooks 3 hours as it was extremely complicated and the next day he went to get the report from the hospital making our lives so much easier. With all this help we tried tipping but he refuses to accept it. I’d also like to give a special thanks to 崔吴彤 as she was nice and helped us out as well to do something that was super important to us

The plane to Chaoshan~ there was a one-night stay in Jieyang. Newly opened hotel, decoration service is great! The only problem with the hotel is that the room has a new decoration and is uncomfortable. And the location of the hotel is a little bit off, there is a school hospital opposite, it is not convenient.

I stayed on a business trip some time ago [Hotel Name], the experience was great! The location is excellent, close to the transportation hub, the surrounding food and shopping malls are all available, and travel and life are very convenient. Step into the lobby, the decoration is simple and atmospheric, the warm color lighting creates a warm atmosphere, the front desk staff is warm and efficient, and the check-in is quickly completed. The room was clean and tidy, the bed was moderately soft and hard, the linen was white and soft, and I had a good night's sleep. The bathroom is separated from wet and dry, and the spare parts are of good quality. The hotel's breakfast is rich and varied, with Chinese and Western food. The hot freshly cooked noodles and fresh fruits are the best for me. The gym equipment is complete and meets my daily exercise needs. The only downside is that the elevator is a bit slow during peak hours. Overall, this stay experience is very good, will choose here next time!

The staff were professional and were very polite. We asked for late checkout and the request was granted. The rooms were big and clean. We were given rooms on the same floor and facing the Rong Jiang, the view was great! The rooms even came with fruits every day! Would have loved to stay longer at this hotel if our trip wasn't so short. We found tasty and great variety of food behind the hotel too. Would come again to stay at this hotel. Good location in Jieyang, near the Tower and at around 2 km from the historical city center. The bed was comfortable and the facilities were nice. Good location in the Gongbei area, around 2.5 km away from the train station. Comfortable bed and flexible check out schedule. Nobody seem to speak English, but it was no problem as long as you know some basic Chinese or you have a translation app.

Because I had to wait for the room when I checked in, the guy at the front desk enthusiastically handed me a cup of tea and a hot towel, which was a little touching. The room aunt was kind, and the maintenance worker who was supposed to go home after get off work gave up his rest time to repair the curtains in the room. The breakfast was also quite rich! It is worth staying at Lavande again next time. Convenient parking and complete facilities!

This time staying at Jieyang Chaohui Hotel is great! The hotel is located in the commercial center and the location is super convenient. It is very convenient whether it is to the bus station or the airport. As soon as you enter the lobby, the decoration gives people a bright feeling and is very stylish. The front desk staff was warm and professional, checked in quickly, and also introduced the fun places around. The room was clean and tidy, the facilities were all available, the heating was sufficient, and the living was super comfortable. The breakfast is rich in variety and can meet different tastes.

The location of the hotel is also very good. Just outside the door is Guangbai Plaza. There are many restaurants nearby. The important thing is that there is an airport bus pick-up point downstairs. I was on a business trip during Chris**as and stayed in Vienna. It was great to get a [gift], the service was very good, and the room was very clean! I will stay here again next time😄

The room is relatively large, the health service is good, the location is excellent, although there is no bus at the door, but it is close to various attractions, it is very convenient to take a taxi. Although there is a buffet breakfast in the morning, there are not many varieties to be improved.
