It is a good choice to stay here when visiting Puning.

The hotel is located in a prime location facing the river and Jieyang Building. Manager Liao at the front desk was warm, thoughtful, meticulous and patient. She specially arranged a room near the elevator for us, an elderly couple. The room was spacious, bright and comfortable. In particular, the executive lounge provided a wide variety of drinks and simple meals, and the swimming pool was very clean and tidy. We stayed for two consecutive nights. From morning to night, from the front office to the executive lounge, we could see Manager Liao busy all the time. It was really hard work. It is not easy for hotel employees. Thanks to their hard work, we had a warm experience as travelers.

This stay was great! From the moment I stepped into the hotel, the doorman came to me and helped me with my luggage. The front desk check-in was quick and thoughtful. The room was spotlessly clean, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and I had a good sleep. The breakfast was rich in variety and every bite was satisfying. A five-star rating is a must!

The staff were professional and were very polite. We asked for late checkout and the request was granted. The rooms were big and clean. We were given rooms on the same floor and facing the Rong Jiang, the view was great! The rooms even came with fruits every day! Would have loved to stay longer at this hotel if our trip wasn't so short. We found tasty and great variety of food behind the hotel too. Would come again to stay at this hotel. Well done Rong Jiang Hotel!
