酒店總體情況還可以，環境衞生尚過得去；房間和衞生間都還夠大，熱水供應正常；酒店設施稍嫌陳舊，不過還能正常使用。

五一期間出遊，價格合適，位置方便，離高鐵站也比較近，早起趕高鐵比較方便，床挺大的，性價比挺高，個人覺得還行，洗澡的蓬頭真的好用

717房間門鎖和門框要維修一下，兩次入住都沒有維修，感覺不安全。澡堂和廁所地板沒有上次入住那麼乾淨，希望下次安排一個環境乾淨點和門鎖好點的的房間。

真的不得不説這家酒店的管理跟客服態度很差很敷衍人，説有接送服務，在入住前發訊息給客服是沒有迴應的，來當天是自己打車去的，回來那天約了接送服務，跟前台説我們有事耽誤了時間緊麻煩她儘快安排一下，前台一直在跟別人聊語音聊天還忽悠我們説快下來了就下來了，等了10分鐘監控屏幕都沒有看到人下來，前台態度還很差並且騙人説等電梯下來都要等幾分鐘啦，這期間根本沒有人使用電梯，實在忍不住叫了個滴滴又等了五分鐘，滴滴車都到了這酒店接送的人還沒下來，如果拉屎拉這麼久估計痔瘡都能拉出來了，一直騙人説就下來了這不是耽誤人嗎？太噁心了，都不知道是不是故意的，沒見過這樣的，做不到接送服務就不要虛假宣傳，第一次見到這種沒誠信的店家
