我在攜程上訂了這一家酒店，大約三點鐘到酒店，到的時候沒有找到我的訂單，然後我給前台看了我的訂單後，他就問問其他工作人員，就找到了訂單，但沒看清楚就想隨便幫我開一個房間，訂單都沒看清楚，隨便幫我開一個房！我訂的是一個商務套房，結果那個商務套房還沒有開始打掃，然後叫我出去吃個飯回來，打掃好了打個電話給我再安排入住。拿到房後。，一打開門，裏面的環境真的很嚇人，還有花生殼在地上根本沒怎麼打掃。因為是套房，有個客廳，而客廳的電視是不能用的！！！反正房間的衞生就很差！！！熱水不熱！！！基本都是温水洗澡，還好是夏天。我訂的是包含兩個早餐的，在登記的時候我就跟他説我的房間是有2份早餐吧。而早上下去找餐廳吃早餐，找不到！！！如來他們現在是送上門的！我門口沒有，所以我去前台跟他們説，他説我沒有要求要早餐！！！拜託，我入住的時候已經問他們是不是包含兩份早餐的，這還用我説麼？？？但還是馬上安排給我送上來。如果他們的早餐衹是一碗皮蛋肉碎粥！酒店加早38塊！！！什麼粥？入住酒店非常差！！！！！！！各位勝防注意入住！！！！小心小心

昨晚辦入住，又累又餓，在前台等了十幾分鍾，完全沒人的（期間還有一個男住客也在等前台）； 過了很久前台終於姍姍來遲，我説了，A跟B一間房，C跟D一間房，兩間房登記A跟B的，結果前台搞得亂七八糟，跟我説誰的都行。還有不是所有入住人都要登記嗎？怎麼另外兩人不用登記呢？ 我問前台有沒有早餐？前台語氣不耐跟我説，不好意思你們房間不包含早餐，我説我知道，我的意思是你們酒店有沒有地方吃早餐，然後前台才跟我説沒有。 我問前台，我有很多現金，有地方可以幫我換電子貨幣嗎？前台直接跟我説沒有。 好在我覺得客房還是不錯的，床睡的還行。

來揭陽出差，聽説酒店後面有條美食街，房間的裝修還可以，距離小吃街也就200米左右。免費停車，挺方便的。

價格在市區不算貴，住宿環境衞生等比同價的快捷酒店好多了，服務態度也很好，放假還含早餐，品種也挺多的，個人覺得性價比蠻高的。
